Zizai Cliff Hotel

My previous expectations may have been too high, but I was still a little disappointed when I actually entered the Cliff Hotel. The glass windows in the room are 270 degrees, all facing the cliff, and the view is not very wide. I thought it was backed by a cliff and the windows faced the valley. It's still a bit cold in the shaded room in winter. Turn on the central air conditioning for warmth. The design of the hotel is very careful and tasteful everywhere. No matter where you take a photo, it is so beautiful that you will feel refreshed. The breakfast quality is also good, with both Chinese and Western food, as well as local specialties. I specially tried the thin bean flour fried dough sticks, which was very delicious. The location of the Cliff Hotel is great, opposite the hot spring bath and the snack street. But this winter, I don’t know why Mayu Valley is not as popular as Heshun Ancient Town. Many stalls in the snack street are empty, and there are only four or five snacks. I was very happy to be able to soak in the hot spring in the room, and the water was very comfortable, but it was a bit surprising when the waiter knocked on the door and said there was a leak downstairs and that the water should be turned down. Doesn't affect mood. When I left, the hotel also gave me a souvenir. It is worth mentioning that the service of one car and one housekeeper is very good. The housekeeper in the room is actually a local tour guide. The housekeeper Zhang Ji is proficient in business and drives steadily. She took us to visit Tengchong attractions and brought a very wonderful experience to our group! It left a very good impression on Tengchong.

Bad review! Just like an abandoned hotel! Everywhere is dirty!

這裡是我們到騰沖的第一站，位置相較於城市中心略微遠了點，外賣基本很難到達，但是環境確實靜謐。早餐品種充足、服務可以説是有求必應，總體來説比較滿意。

酒店在瑪御谷小鎮，背靠懸崖，房間夠大，房內有泡池，出水57度，水質感覺不錯，還有個小陽台，很適合拍照，室外的空氣很好。

酒店裡外都需要一些修繕維護，否則大量木質地板帶來的就是一股潮濕腐敗的味道（房間裏也有潮味）。當然，就隨意地服務及設施而言，還是叫“民宿”比較貼切。 河谷不遠處的商業區夜裡吵鬧的音樂廣播聲持續一整晚，令人無法感受寧靜的谷地。 入住房型未合理考慮通風換氣問題，導致使用了一次室內泡池後，整個房間就處於悶熱狀態，很難散去。而之前入住隔壁悦榕同樣泡池在房內卻並未由此感覺。 總結，並不值得此價位以及專門過去體驗。
