Проживали с 3 по 7 января 2024 года. Отвратительный сервис в отеле. Администратор -девушка откровенная хамка. Заранее бронировали баню, сделали предоплату, в день бронирования она позвонила, и сказала, что мест нет. Все просьбы выполняла с неохотой, нерасторопно. Никогда не сидела на стойке ресепшен, на звонки телефона не отвечала. Приходилось бегать и искать ее по всем этажам. Выдавала не те ключи, психовала ( рекомендуется к увольнению)!!Семейный номер малюсенький, не развернуться. Под кроватями пыль, толщиной в несколько сантиметров, старые тапки, душевая кабина в пыли, в сливе комки волос. Убирались после неоднократных просьб, только в 18 вечера, хотя мы уходили рано утром на склон. Уборщицы не говорят на РУССКОМ в России!!! Кабинок для хранения горно-лыжного оборудования нет! Есть малюсенькая каморка -сушка ботинок и вешалки в общем коридоре для лыж. Скрашивало пребывание только ресторан при отеле. Вкусная кавказская еда, быстрая подача, хорошие ребята -официанты. Категорически не рекомендую отель!!!

Отдыхали 4 дня, отель супер начиная от номера заканчивая администратором, все супер очень понравилось, располагается в центре Домбая недалеко пятерочка и канатка. Кафе супер, наесться можно для жителей 10% скидка

Все очень понравилось! Уютный номер с шикарным видом на горы и речку, в номере часто убираются, меняют постельное белье каждые 3 дня, есть все необходимое в ванной Особенно хотелось бы отметить кафе! Отменно готовят, каждый день пробовали что-то новое, все очень понравилось! Обязательно вернёмся сюда вновь!
