Location was great but room did not have any Windows at all which made it not very pleasant

Good central location, no fuss or hassel to check in. Overall very pleasurable stay.

Good location, but room had a distinct damp and off-putting smell. On-duty manager was helpful and accommodating, but the condition of the room was poor for the price.

It's as clean as ever. I stayed there for two days and everything that a hotel should have is available. Currently, all hotels in New Zealand provide bath towels, so I can't believe all the posts that say they don't have bath towels haha ​​😃

There is a bar street downstairs of the hotel. It was very noisy at night and I couldn't sleep. The parking lot was too small. There was an SUV parked at the ramp exit of the parking lot. It was basically impossible to get downstairs and out. In the end, the car was scratched.

The room is very small. There is no free bottle or two of mineral water. The receptionist at the hotel's front desk when checking in had a bad service attitude and was very impatient. The hotel's own parking lot actually charges a fee of 25 New Zealand dollars a night, and 50 New Zealand dollars was paid when checking in for two nights. The parking lot is 25nzd per day and is so narrow that it reaches the ceiling unless you drive QQ.

The room was very good, very comfortable and quiet. It was very close to the museum and the food nearby was very convenient. I visited Wellington a few years ago. The city center is not big and you can walk around in more than an hour.

The front desk clerk was nice and helped me solve the problem! The hotel is quiet in the busiest street! But the hot water for bathing is not hot enough, only lukewarm, which made me take a bath in a hurry for three days! The parking lot is too narrow and almost scratched the car!

The room can see the Sky Tower, which is very nice

Two small beds of 0.8 meters are also a long experience! Be sure to choose a big bed room, otherwise you will not be able to sleep.

Service attitude is so-so

Great staff that helped out but not a family room friendly resort. Couldn't lock the double room doors when you have young kids and hallway light couldn't turn off. Needs to update facilities in the rooms for families.
