We stayed in two-bedroom apar**ent and it was very pleasant experience.
The building is recently built. It is located in the district where mainly locals live, so you experience a little the local life, and not a copy-pasted touristic resort. But surely, it depends on the taste.
Parking is not provided by the property, so there is a hint. Around the building there are green and orange parking zones. Green one is 4 euros for 2 hours max, so not useful. But on two adjacent parallel streets, closer to the railway, orange parking costs 1 euro for the full day. But finding the place can be tricky.
There is an elevator, and it seems that the entire building is wheelchair accessible.
Apar**ent itself is good, nothing bad to say. Kitchen equipped, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, etc. In the common area there is a tv with Android TV and comfy sofa.
In betrooms matrasses were fine.
Cleaning and change of towels is one per 7 days
Our apar**ent had a terrace on one side facing the sea, and a big balcony on another with nice city view.
And to finish, the access to the building and apar**ent is by codes, so you are not worried to lose a key during trips and while on the beach.
