Best hotel ever, sdah berkali2 kesana pelayanan ok, makanan ok. Terutama pool nya anak2 suka banget krna kolam air hangat. Trims buat bagian fo di tgl 3april siang, yg mengakomodasi kebutuhan saya dan keluarga.

Datang pertama fikasih kamar, ac panas, komplain tunggu dibenerin tunggu sampai lama tetap ac panas, dari pihak hotel sama sekalo tidak menawarkan solusi untuk pindah kamar. Sampai kami menunggu lama dan komplain minta ganti kamar baru diberikan ganti kamar, itupun setelah kamu menunggu sangat lama sampai kepanasan, anak sampai keringatan netes-netes. Untuk breakfast, makanannya sangat terbatas ala kadarnya saja, entah karena ramadhan sedang puasa atau memang begitu adanya. Untuk sajian buahnya tidak bisa dimakan sama sekali karena banyak lalat belatung yg sudah mengerubungi dan tetap dibiarkan begitu saja tidak ada upaya untuk dibersihkan. Yang bagus cuma kolam berenang saja.

view sangat menawan, gunung guntur yang agung.
kamar terbaik adalah di nomor 102 dengan balkon dan view dari kamar lantai 2.
yg menyenangkan, terdapat 2 kolam onsen besar dan kecil.
juga terdapat kamar rendam dg bak rendam privasi.
hanya 1 saja yg agak kurang adalah variasi makan paginya kurang byk.
selebihnya semua baik baik saja.
shower air panas dikamar kencang, ac dingin.

The hotel is very nice and new. I love the pools and also the very good hot spring. It was very relaxing. Rooms were comfortable even though small. Location was also very good, in the newer area of Cipanas Garut. Recommended. Downside: I expected the water to be a lot hotter, but it was not hot at all. It was just lukewarm.
