Stayed for a night en route from Miyako to Morioka. Not very convenient unless you have a car, and there are practically no restaurants or convenience stores nearby. We had breakfast at the hotel, which was free with our stay, and a normal western-japanese buffet. Not that huge of a variety, but was quite tasty with the necessary yogurt, bread, and japanese items like porridge, fish, egg. Room was big, and apparently all rooms have an ocean view. We woke up at 530am just to catch the sunrise, and it was definitely worth it. Service wise was very good, expected of Japanese standards, and particularly Tohoku level!

GoTo travel campaign, it was a surprise price of 5200 yen with a semi-double breakfast for couples. The location of the hotel was good and it was good to be able to take a walk to the ferry terminal side and the sea. This is a hotel that I would like to recommend to everyone as a hotel to stay while enjoying sightseeing in Sanriku with Mr. Wanko. I would definitely like to stay again this time in a warm time. Traditional Huge Hotel block located at the top of small hill, easy access by car and bit remote for OK 30mins walk from nearest Sanriku Tetsudo Railway Horinai station ,which is a nice scenic railway. 80s style interior but very nice clean quite environment and in good condition, staffs are polite and helpful. Most rooms can directly see the ocean through the balcony, I enjoyed a stunning Pacific Ocean sunrise , the semi-outdoor osens have the same oceanic view too, wonderful. Meal can be provided , reasonable price and good quality, u have to pre-order food while you check in. I had a wonderful stay in the hotel .

The downtown area of Hachinohe city is located in a quiet place a little far away. I used it for dinner this time. Two doors were also opened for the seats and ventilation that were protected for the timely pattern social distance.
