Do throw precaution to the wind and lower your expectations if you are planning a getaway to TADOM Hill Resort.... 1. Communal toilet needs repairs / upgrading. Taps are loose or missing handles, instant electric shower looks like it's gonna breakdown soon, shower door wth missing latch, no tissue inside toilet and toilets are smelly; 2. Doors to rooms have flimsy locksets. Thus do not bring too much valuables or leave camera equipments in the room. Thieves can easily break in; 3. Staying at the Tulou does not guarantee privacy. Day time tourist who are not room guests are allowed inside the Tulou to take photos. Such outsiders will also happily use the toilet on the ground floor meant for females only. Therefore do not be shocked to see a man using the female toilet; The Tulou which is a 2-storey circular building housing a number of rooms is at the entrance of the resort and away from the Registration Counter and Resort Security desk. Outsiders have direct access into the Tulou. This results in lack of safety and privacy. A male stranger unapologetically flung open our room door on the ground floor, hoping to take photos and received a toungue lashing from us. The resort should not allow outsiders who are not guests inside the Tulou. Foodwise, the Bistro serves better food wth more friendly service staff compared to the restaurant. Resort staff at the reception are friendly and helpful. Facilities wise there is not much to shout about unless you like swimming in the lake, ping pong, a game of volley ball, a small go kart circuit and dusty ATV rides (owner should consider special rates for room guests instead of standard rates for all). It's ok if you come wth a group of friends. Road leading to the resort is uneven and full of potholes. Owner should consider laying a proper crusher run road for the benefit of TADOM. We arrived at klia1 and were picked up by the free shuttle van by the hotel. We were given to check-in early, and the room was amazing with great views. All staff at the reception and lounge were very attentive. Would definitely book again.

Location was strategic, next to it is mall.. convenient… but don’t compared to those hotel in city centre.. it’s good budget hotel with cost effectively and conveniences..

Enviroment -Surrounding was clean and follow all the SOP out by goverment, tempereture taking and hand sanitizer was provided at the enterence and every outlets, Good practise and you feel confident. Reception -For positive feed back from me I would like to thank you to front office team especially to one of the handsome men staff his name on his name tag (Azam) for arranged my check in process even busy n have a long queue line they can managed the ship craked situation. Housekepping -Room was clean and the staff gave us good services even it is little outdated. Restaurant -Negatively. I want to make a food order and try to call the line Mya restaurant via a phone room press ”0” for so many times did not answer my call .. that is unbelievable. i try call again and again. Unfortunatly we can get it. very disappointed. Please we will paid for the food cost not for begging for free !!! So u should take care of ur customer needed.. pls alert with phone call did you heard or not.. please train your staff properly.. this is my second time visit at Dash Box Hotel Cyberjaya but servis not good as i get for 1st time in 2019. i hope top Management will take this as a important issue when it come to this!!! The rooms are very small and the facilities are simple and similar to the domestic farmhouse. I really hope that there are more choices nearby! No breakfast, breakfast is a table on the first floor, you can make a cup of coffee, no extra bed because there is no place at all...

I arrived around 9pm at the hotel, check in process was really fast. They only need your IC then you are good to go. Location was great, you will need to walk like 300metres from the hotel to the mrt station. (You can see from my picture the mrt station) Parking: A lot of parking was there, no worries with parking issues. Cleanliness: 10/10. Everything very clean, they scrub the toilet well. No stain found on the bedsheet. I like the soap very well! Great stay and good experience!

After tiring day, early morning flight then missed flight by stupid mistake, almost lost passport, not able to find ticket. Not good half a day. Then staying at the airport having good veggie soup and latest top of the day is capsule transit hotel. First of all nice staff, very helpful. Great creative idea of small space sleeping capsules located on most expensive airport place. Hotel is build like container warehouse. You have your own capsule with light, charging….You get towel, water and sharing toilet and shower. Perfect enough. Many places to just in walking distance and shop some necessities. Really recommended
