The room i got has a lake view, so beautiful im happy i got that room. Access to lake area is by room card, had a nice lovely evening walk there.
Cafe and pool area are very convenient and less crowded. We definitely enjoyed it. Gym and spa available at the same floor too.
The best thing is Alamanda shopping mall is walking distance from the hotel.
Breakfast buffet is really good with variety of options. Overall stay is great experience and will stay again in future.

Everything was good! The staff were friendly. The virw was nice. The environment also seemed safe. I will repeat again in the future.

The hotel is located outside the city and is quite spacious. In terms of location, it's conveniently close to a good shopping mall.

The location of the hotel is near to the shopping center. 5 minutes to the shopping area. The breakfast is super good. Stayed there for 1 night. Nice and cosy place. The room is big but needs to be improved on the condition of the room. Overall, if you intend to stay for relaxing, this is the place. Definitely will come again

Cleanliness could be improve especially on the mirrior. The rest all okay. Breakfast various option but taste only moderate. We like the gym full of equipment. Great location also attach to mall beside. The staff should be concern about customer request, we ask for lake view but got construction view instead. The swimming pool quite small and too crowded even on weekdays.

come for lantera event and spend for school holiday, cleanliness and service tip top, all the workers are really friendly and helpfull too, keep it up guys, sure i will come again and propose to my friends and relatives!!

Check in process: Long queue at 4pm but smooth process
Room: Big enough for 2 adults and 2 toddlers
Pool: Small and crowded with kids 😊
Breakfast: variety menu but it tasted just fine… crowded with conference teams 😵💫 instead of eating at tables, they had discussion which inconvenience to guests to search for available table…….
Service: Ok… we requested for baby cot at this apps & upon check in. But we didn’t receive anything. 🥹

My stay there was nice. I really live staying at The Everly Hotel but really hope that the staff can improve the cleanliness of the bath tub because I found lots of of hair. And for the breakfast, it was quite a major disappointment as the beverages offered were not attractive at all. Please improve your breakfast drinks. Thank you.
