When service was requested for rooms, they were not cleaned. Several bugs in rooms and lobby area were seen.

The service was good! It’s unfortunate the rooms were a total disaster. To start, I had a reservation booked for a week and last minute hours before check in I get called saying they were going to downgrade my room because they completely booked the queen beds, no change in rate. I get to the room and the TV does not function as a bulb was out so only half the screen displayed. Within one hour of being in the room we found 7 roaches. When accommodated with another room, we did not step one foot into the room as it was INFESTED with roaches from the floor to the walls.
We were left to find another hotel that night.

The hotel is more like a long stay but for just a couple nights it was ok for me. The entrance door for lobby looks dirty and could use new paint, but overall the rest is good. No homeless around and easy free parking. There is nothing in the kitchen, you must bring all your pans, pots and silverware.
Thank you Monica and Marbella for a great stay. I will be back.

My room xard didn't work so they gave me another room and when i walked into the room, there was an awful smell. When I moved the pillows, I saw small bugs underneath. The awful smell continued to linger so i ended up just leaving the place after being there for 30 minutes even though i booked it for 2 nights. Will not come back again.

Overall the property was nice and convenient and close to Wawa gas station which has a lot of food and drinks. The room appeared nice and clean and well presented. But soon after settling in, I saw a roach in the kitchen area and then small bugs on the floor. And one in the bed. I really wanted to like this property but will probably avoid due to this. Also, walls are very thin and you hear the activity in adjacent rooms. The staff were very pleasant and helpful however.

The room had a smell when I first walked in. I'm not sure if someone had smoked in the room. I went into the bathroom and there was a roach crawling on the wall. Then another one crawled out so I packed my stuff up and got out of there.

When we entered the room at 2am there were over 20 cockroaches all over the room. Also the toilet bowl was dirty and pet fur all over the bedding.
