Clean and tidy hotel, I already subscribe to staying here when I go to Pangkalpinang

I stayed for 2 nights and it was a lovely experience. First of all, the location is strategic because I could visit many local foods in walking distance. Second, the room was clean and spacious even for the cheapest type. I like that the mirror was still clear after taking a bath with warm water. But it still needs improvement, like a brighter lamp in the shower area. And also the shower head needs some cleaning. Third, I love the breakfast they served. It was delicious but it would be better if you can provide butter instead of margarine at the bread stall. I appreciate that the Kolak was good, not only tasted sweet by sugar but also tasted the sweet from the banana. Last but not least, the staff were very welcome to the customer. Fast check-in and check-out process. And the lovely warm greetings to each guest they met are really appreciated.

What a good place to stay! Clean and big room with a lovely balcony. All the staff at the hotel are really nice, big appreciation to duo Ryan and Yogi at the resto who always understand our needs. Special thanks to Ms Triayu in the front desk who introduce me to myvalue application so I don’t lost my point during my stay at Santika.

Soll marina hotel, located at Pangkalpinang city, Bangka Island, Babel Province, Indonesia. This is 3+ star, formerly by Aston. Nice hotel, beautiful scenery which surrounding by local trees, garden and park ... Closed to Depati Amir Airport, and just about 5 km away from downtown Pangkalpinang city. Suitable for family/or group staycation, meeting, any activities. Nice room, spaces area, good quality of bed, pillow, blanket, linen ... There's restaurant, swimming pool, gym, and jogging track.

The check-in and check-out process is fast, the staff is friendly, the rooms are clean, the breakfast menu is varied although there are some menus that need to be improved, there are adult and children swimming pools available. Satisfied staying here in order to travel on the island of Bangka.

The light switch placed closed the bed.. the washbasin and shower are adjacent, not suitable for small children and elderly who can be stung.. the room is spacious, but the design of the room is amburadul..

Why is the online order with breakfast description, the front desk is not there, please fix it again

The location of this hotel is strategic as it is situated in the city center of Pangkalpinang. However, in terms of its service, I believe it is lacking. I accidentally spilled a drink on the hotel bed, but the bedsheet was not changed. While the hotel is very affordable, cleanliness and comfort are essential to me. Thank you
