A beautiful mountain resort within the city proximity - approximately 30 min drive! The road is comfortable, there is number of activities on the site: horse back riding, cable car to the top of the hill, mountain bikes, kids playground. I definitely recommend this resort among my faves in Almaty but I have to be back to check the accomodation and dining ops! They say you can book a room that is ... on the tree! Go there by car, taxi, public transport (check if it's operates on the day you travel). Feel free to check more videos and photos on insta YasmineOfJuly

We have been 3 years in a row and this year they have surpassed themselves! What a comedy of error! The whole stay was an utter disaster. Appalling service. Staff had no idea what they were doing. Rude and totally ignore foreigners as they assume we don’t speak Russian. We went on a school business trip and the service was so bad that it was really embarrassing. They overcharged us, lied to us regarding some bookings. I will not go ever again. Overpriced. Food is terrible. Such a shame as it is a beautiful spot with so much potential. I would waste my money. Go to Shymbulak instead

1/ Бронировали за две неделе. Специально просили Юрту №6. т.к. в остальных холодно и шумно. По итогу поставили перед фактом за 2 часа до заезда что мол ведутся работы. Приехали в №5 2/ Не предупредили что Детские площадки работать не будут, итог детей оставить не с кем, приходится просто тусить с ними туда сюда 3/ СПА не работает, тоже не предупредили 4/ Баня не работает, просто не предупредили. (НО админ хотел исправится и за наш счет сделать нам баню, типа вот вам исправление наших косяков за ВАШ счет, круто, уровень) 5/ Если собираетесь читать или в тишине провести время с 19:00-21:00, то не сможете, ездит и очень громко шумит техника по укатыванию снега. В юрте слышно как говорят люди на спуске, прям четко по словам слышен диалог. 6/ Менеджеры и админ делают вид что помогают словами, на деле помощи нет. Никаких предложений по поводу своих исправление ситуации, что то типа: да вот это не работает но мы вам компенсируем наши недочеты другим, мы же не предупредили вас уважаемый гость. Такого в помине нет. Или типа вот вам сертификат успокойтесь идите с Богом, ничего вообще. 7/ Плохая уборка, подушки и постельное были в крошках, катышках, кусочки дерева, кусочки печенья, Ахтунг! - ВОЛОСЫ на подушке. *честно скажу мы настолько устали, пока прогулялись, пока поняли что никакого релакса (СПА, баня, массаж и тд.) не получим, что уже ругаться по поводу чужих волос в постели не было сил. В общем впечатление и отдых испорчены, ребята всегда на связи с рецепции очень хорошо делают вид что помогают, молодцы! Из всех активностей, конные прогулки, лыжи, тюбинг мда ... АА, и еще админ предлагал конную прогулку в виде компенсации (за наш счет конечно же) за 15 минут до захода солнца, что скажете? Я ответил: "Давайте я вам куплю 3 часовую конную прогулку до "Кабаньего озера" сейчас, посмотрим как вы в темноте будете кататься". На что услышал отказ. Админ - Райымбек Менеджер - Жанара ... спасибо вам, ни за что 8/ Уборка номера, пополнение бара и холодильника только 1 раз.
