My stay at Wutong Apartments was wonderful! The room was clean, spacious, modern, and aesthetically pleasing. There is bathtub is luxurious and spacious, the shower has great pressure and the the separate toilet room has a motion censored toilet seat and a bidet. The bed was comfy and the closet space begs you to unpack your suitcase. There were thoughtful amenities, including a loofah cloth and shoe shine cloths. Now...the breakfast. It was the best breakfast buffet I've ever had the pleasure of experiencing. Tinder and well seasoned steak, salmon, soups, desserts, breads, scrumptious pancakes and a salad bar that even included kale amongst the varied greens. Best of all, the service was exceptional. A special thank you to Li Ne, the dining staff and the housekeeper who attended to my room. I wish that every hotel stay I experience in the future is as amazing as my time at Wutong Apartment Hotel.

First of all, the room facilities are complete, clean and hygienic, with humidifiers, water dispensers, cotton towels, laundry detergent, etc., very detailed . During my stay, I happened to encounter a child who was sick, and the needs such as buying medicine and delivering meals multiple times a day were promptly resolved. They were also able to help deliver water in a timely manner at three in the morning. The staff were polite and patient. I would like to call it Taiyuan ceiling.

Low-key name, luxurious connotation. Although it is called an apar**ent, it is no less than any global chain five-star hotel. From the decoration to the service, it is very considerate and heart-warming. Although the winter in the north is very cold, from the moment you enter the door , from the welcome to the little girl who checked in at the front desk, she was all smiles, considerate and very comfortable. The facilities in the room are very carefully arranged. The wellness center is clean and tidy with advanced facilities. The water in the swimming pool is also very clear. The enthusiastic Ms. He took me to visit the wellness center and introduced the use of fitness equipment. Her professionalism and enthusiasm left me with a lasting impression. I have a good impression. The breakfast in the restaurant is rich in variety and combines Chinese and Western styles. It also takes into account Shanxi characteristics. The dishes in the Chinese restaurant are also very good and can satisfy the taste buds of all guests to the greatest extent. I recommend everyone to try it. Basically, I choose this hotel when traveling to Taiyuan. Just look at my breakfast picture and you will know how many times I have been there. The hotel facilities are very clean and new, the service is solid and considerate, the room is well-equipped, a humidifier is particularly necessary, the highlight is laundry detergent, a variety of pillows, and three types of toothpaste. There are many varieties of breakfast, and they are all very delicious. It is so tiring to walk, so I am quite picky when it comes to meals. My favorites include low-temperature roasted leg of lamb, haggis soup, and first-class fruit quality control blueberries, strawberries, and passion fruit. The salesperson Wenxiu was also very enthusiastic and helped me mail the pillow that made me sleep well.

The basement was so clean that the ground looked like a mirror, and the elevator led directly to the lobby~ Entering the lobby, you are immediately greeted by a receptionist. The decoration in the lobby is very grand, and check-in is quick. What is very special is that the hotel has Starbucks coffee service, and I gave you a coffee coupon. The girl who makes the coffee is very cute, and her attitude is like a family member. Makes you feel warm~ The room is large enough and has a practical design, especially the double sinks and the toilet and bath settings, which can be used by the whole family at the same time~ The supplies provided are also rich and include some things you can’t see in ordinary hotels, such as mouthwash, styling spray, etc. Oh, the drinking fountain is great~~ The bedding is very comfortable and the hygiene is very good~ I came back the next day and found out that the person who tidied the room seemed to be a young man named Mu Yurui. There are some restaurants nearby, and there are subways and large shopping malls less than 1 km away~ In short, recommended to everyone who comes to Taiyuan for business travel👍

The room was clean and the bedding was very comfortable. The service is very good. Everyone is very polite and courteous, from the big brother who picked me up at the airport, to the staff in the guest room, the staff in the restaurant, and the front desk. The cookies provided at turndown were delicious. There is a community behind the hotel with a lot of delicious food. It is very convenient to take a taxi and there is a bus stop at the door.  The disadvantage is that the sink is a bit small and the bay window is too big. 

Overall it's good. The smart toilet is easy to operate and the room has good sound insulation. It would be better if it could be arranged to face the Fen River in the south next time... It's not far from Jinci Temple or Bell Tower, and it's also a moderate distance from Taiyuan South Station. I booked a high-rise hotel, with large rooms, new facilities, and very quiet. Fruits are provided every day, Starbucks coffee is provided, and there is a pick-up station service. The swimming pool is on the 8th floor. Breakfast is very rich. Rested better.

This time I stayed in the hotel for a long time. Every time I leave the hotel and come back, the room is tidied up, my personal belongings are placed in an orderly manner, the clothes are neatly folded, and the dirty socks scattered on the floor are washed by the waiter and dried by hand. , Contact the hotel staff for the dirty clothes that have been worn, and they will come to your door for dry cleaning. Before I checked in, I asked the front desk, "Why is it called Wutong Apar**ent? Instead of Wutong Hotel?" Next time I have a chance, this hotel must be the best choice in my heart.

It was hard to travel during the epidemic. I chose many hotels before coming here. Those traditional five-star hotels all had very bad reviews. I finally chose this Wutong Apar**ent Hotel because of the spacious newly renovated rooms. Initially I only booked one night, and immediately renewed my reservation for two nights after checking in. A butler provided consultation and services on food, accommodation, and transportation during the whole process. I was also very satisfied with the food in the restaurant on the 4th floor of the hotel. Because the train departed after 4 o'clock, the hotel was still there. It was originally postponed from 2 o'clock to 3 o'clock. Although it is the off-season of the epidemic, it is still very satisfying to be able to take the initiative to do this in the hotel. Highly recommend everyone to stay.

Yesterday I checked in with my children. For example, before breakfast, the room attendant would carefully ask about the children's taboos or preferences and make a series of recommendations, which made my stay very comfortable. 第一次住梧桐是朋友推薦，印象最深的是一直在催電話，大約早上十一點左右就陸續會有電話進來詢問是否退房，一直能打到下午一點半，這一點對我這種上午睡覺的人不是很友好，很多客人其實明白兩點前退房的，可以適當提醒，但是太頻繁就不合適了。第一次定房趕上開兩會，房間幾乎訂滿，衹有不太好的房間了，所以體驗感非常強烈一般。是但是前台給身份證套了身份證套，能感覺出來服務方面也算比較用心的。 第二次入住梧桐一部分是因為早餐，一部分是因為就在附近辦事，比較方便。這次入住給免費升房，房間也確實比上次的房間好了很多，也沒有多次詢問是否退房，比較友好。我覺得下次我來太原還會選擇梧桐。 歡迎水果: 相對於同等類型的酒店來説略顯潦草 衞生：衞生方面部分抽屜和衣帽間隔層還可以稍微加強，最不太能忍受的是枕頭有些汗液的味道，沒有睡好，雖然衹有一點點味道但是很影響體驗感 空調噪音小，風力強，房間都有加濕器非常好 早餐種類確實多，兩次入住吃早餐的人也非常多 沒來得及好好感受，爭取下次不匆匆忙忙多體驗一下 停車非常方便，地下地面停車都可以，地下車庫非常乾淨 希望每次入住都能感受到年輕梧桐的進步～
