Other than the sewer small of the bathroom, all is okay. A bit old, but functional. Location great.

Excellent location in the center of the city, close to the railway station. A good selection of food for breakfast. Very good cleaning service. Otherwise the service was adequate but not brilliant. The hotel could do with a reburishment as the decor looks dated. There is a restaurant but few customers for dinner.

離店時服務員很熱情，幫忙提行李，感謝！。
床品比較乾淨，枕頭有兩種，滿足不同需求。房內衞生乾淨。位置離五一廣場很近。
設施較老舊，用品有些需要維修更換了：如淋浴頭需要維修，杯子、茶具有裂痕，要求更換也及時給換了，吹風機不能用，浴巾毛巾都己老舊了。
10月底的氣候應該很舒適，但房間內體感温度很燥熱，像開了暖風，白天穿褲叉背心都出汗，晚間衹能穿着秋衣秋褲，不能蓋被子，太熱。

滿分好評，前台服務好，想的很周到，會問喜歡陽面還是陰面的房間，這一點特別贊👍🏻
🍃環境：酒店環境很好，裝修大氣，室內室外都很漂亮，床也很舒服，休息完元氣滿滿。酒店內打開窗簾就可以看到外面的夜景燈光，很漂亮，而且是大玻璃窗👍🏻
🧹衞生：衞生很棒，全部很乾凈，無死角。
🔔服務：遇到同樓層打掃的阿姨，問可不可以給一瓶水，特別爽快的就幫拿了👍🏻特別感謝。之前六七百一晚的酒店都做不到。
🚗 交通：交通便利，停車也方便，地上地下都有停車位。酒店基本屬於中心位置，旁邊就是廣場，會推薦朋友來的👍🏻
滿分💯好評，對了，早點也很好哦，忘記拍照了。

大樓外觀氣派，有地下停車場和地面停車場。停車場的工作人員態度特別好。硬件設施都是非常不錯的。唯一有一點不足的就是地毯偏舊，敏感的人會覺得有一點氣味。

酒店非常好，工作人員非常負責，出去看比賽有東西落在酒店房間了，又來不及回房間拿，工作人員很認真很耐心地和我打視頻幫我找東西，最終及時拿到了需要用的東西，叫跑腿騎手去取的時候也和我確認是否是我叫人去拿的才把東西給騎手，很負責，非常感謝！下次來太原還會住這裏的！

由於訂的別的酒店出現了特殊情況，無法繼續入住，攜程的酒店管家左左幫忙聯繫選擇了這家酒店，左左特別熱心，點贊表揚。金融家園房間很乾凈，每天還會送小零食，雖臨主街，但是隔音好，很安靜，夜景也美！自助早餐特別棒，種類多，孩子吃的很開心，服務人員很專業很熱情！酒店的地下停車場免費，離柳巷、鐘樓街、食品街很近，可步行過去，下次來還會選擇這裏。

樓道，房間裏一股二手煙味，
空調不製冷，十月份的朝陽房間也很熱。
給前台打電話，平均五次接一次。
介紹裏有浴缸，起碼商務房沒有。
服務員，除了少部分稱職，大部分屬於標準老國企敷衍型。
