JW Marriott Hotel Taiyuan

What kind of toiletries are these at JW? They are just like those at a fast hotel. I didn't bring my toiletries bag, and my scalp is itchy.

I met a friend to visit an exhibition in Taiyuan. We booked Marriott because of its reputation. We called in advance to arrange a room with a good view. The front desk was considerate and upgraded to the 16th floor. The hotel is located in the center, overlooking the prosperity. It is bustling with people and traffic during the day, and brightly lit at night. The room facilities are complete, modern and intelligent, with fully automatic curtains and sensor toilets. The concierge is polite and courteous, and the room attendant is meticulous and considerate. Knowing that we love to drink tea, he specially prepared a few more bottles of water. The waiter who sent fruit was also gentle and humble. Beyond the expectation, It is absolutely a sanctuary among the hustle and bustle.

It was a very satisfying stay. I only stayed for one night due to limited vacation time... I came to see the concerts of Richie Jen and Joker Xue and checked in at Jinxiu Taiyuan. My birthday happened to be during these few days, so I contacted the hotel in advance. I would like to thank Angel, the switchboard lady, and Eric, the front desk guy. Thank you for the birthday cake and hand-painted card arranged by the hotel for me!

The breakfast variety is not rich enough, and it was a bit noisy facing north on the first night. The hotel staff coordinated with the manager and the new room on the second night was fine. The overall stay experience is good.

The hotel is in a great location, surrounded by shopping malls and convenient for dining. The hotel has a rich variety of breakfasts. The service from the concierge, front desk and the ladies who clean the rooms are all very enthusiastic. It is worth recommending. I plan to stay here again next time I come to Taiyuan.

The lobby is magnificent, the rooms are clean and sanitary. The location is excellent, right in the Tianmei Xintiandi business district, convenient for eating, drinking and having fun. The square bathtub in the room is quite unique.

The lobby security guy was warm, thoughtful and polite~ I found a small problem. I closed the massage door when I went to bed on the first day and didn't feel anything. On the second day, I forgot to close the massage door when I went to bed. It was very noisy when the door next door was closed. I don't know if it was because the guests were not civilized or the sound insulation was not ideal~
