1. TaiYuan MRT Line 2 exit side by side with hotel main door. so very easy to take this MRT from South to Central or North.
2. Hotel all staffs from check in counter, restaurant staffs all can remember what's we drink coffee on day before, we are so surprised and always show all smiles .
3. Breakfast are many items to select and very good. we are so enjoying this hotel.
4. We would like to back this hotel when we travel to TaiYuan on next time.

很滿意的住宿體驗，服務員服務態度很好，酒店配套設施齊全，私密性很好，自己入住樓層的房卡衹能刷自己樓層，前台接待小姐姐精明幹練，氣質美女一枚，還給我們免費升級服務，早餐豐富多彩，服務員多次主動詢問我們的需求，還幫我們送這送那，感覺如沐春風！

喜來登是2023年的新酒店，房間沒有一點裝修的味道，非常乾淨，寬敞，整體佈局非常合理，使用感到位，不愧為老牌高級連鎖酒店。
前台服務非常好，妥帖周到。兩次把東西落到房間都很快幫助找到並收好，電話及時反饋給客户，讓人很安心。
周圍環境不錯，離車站機場都不太遠，打車方便。
酒店裡有面肆餐館，非常方便，味道也不錯。酒店裡還有星巴克，愛喝咖啡的不出酒店就可以搞定。

先説服務吧，服務很棒，服務員還會送水果，就衹是入住的時候整理房間的速度有一點慢。
再説衞生，衞生是很乾凈，沖浴缸的時候沒有灰塵。還有設施上沒有灰塵。
環境也很棒。房間裏面還有各種各樣的裝飾。
設施也很棒，晚上點了個外賣，是小機器人送上來的。
整體還是很不錯的！

五一前入住了太原喜來登酒店，新開的酒店硬件很棒！唯一不足辦理入住的時候發了一點點不愉快的事情，退房的時候值班經理劉璐和李雲靜耐心的處理了所有的問題，緩解了所有的不快。一個好的酒店，除了良好的環境，服務是更重要的！表揚兩位值班經理，耐心，認真，周到，設身處地為客人着想，提供優質的服務！感謝～祝越來越好。

新開的酒店，感覺還行吧，整體輕奢風，在大堂遇到了Irene給介紹山西古建，山西歷史悠久但是很多旅遊資源還沒有被開發出來，下午在酒廊用下午茶的時候還和酒廊的歡歡和小茹聊了很多，酒店服務讓人有覺得賓至如歸的感覺，非常好！
