Location for this hotel is good as it’s just beside Wanhua TRA, Metro station just behind it which makes my family to travel around easily. Many great eateries nearby and mini marts too. Hotel room is good, daily room cleaning services with very polite cleaning staffs. Except that the aircon filter needs to be clean up as the dusts are trapped inside the room which can be seen on the bed headboard n mirror. Stayed for 6 nights and everything was great. Very helpful staffs at the reception n concierge counters to resolve our queries despite late night hours. The only dissatisfaction was that lady hotel staff manning beside the duty manager counter on Sunday 17/03/24 noon, we can visually witness her rolling her eyes with unhappy expression when her colleague informed her that we would like to do currency exchange.

When my family arrived, the lobby was super crowded,(maybe due to new year) and a great place to take pictures. The room was quite big, but the toilet was quite dirty. The bathtub had brown stains, and the corners of the toilet were caked in mold. The hotel was connected to Taipei Main Station through Exit M6. There was a lift directly connected to room. We took a Tra train one stop to Rouhe night market, it was very convenient. Overall, Caesar Park Hotel Taipei was a nice place to stay in.

We booked Sheraton because of its location and name. We booked King Bed, but when we got there they gave us 2 Twin Bed and made a King Bed out of it. They gave us a King Bed room the next day. For Honeymoon we only got 2 small Teabags and 2 small teddy bears. Worst Honeymoon Amenities ever. Breakfast was ok. Good enough. Lobby was too crowded. Restaurants was crowded from morning till evening.

We stayed here for 4 nights. Before commenting on the hotel, we wanted to share some of our own experiences with those who travelled to this hotel on their own. We arrived at the airport at about 5pm and went to the Flying Dog Bus counter as suggested by the Forum members. Based on the information we found, the bus was supposed to take us to the hotel or close enough to the hotel. But instead, we were told they would not take us to the hotel door until after six o'clock. Before 6 o'clock, they will only put guests on the designated bus route and then take a taxi to the location they are going to. In short, if you arrive at the airport before 5:30, then it is recommended to take the Guoguang bus. After the next time at the terminal (Taipei Central Station), take the MRT to Ximending. Pros: -The location is good. It takes only a few minutes to walk to the nearest MRT Ximending Station. -All rooms have free Internet access. Try using the wireless connection. If you don't have a network cable yourself, you can borrow one from the front desk. - Basic supplies: hairdryer, kettle, free bottled water and tea - very clean Cons - hotel entrance hidden in a narrow alley and easy to miss. Just look for the World Express pastry shop on the main road. There are huge neon lights on the top side of the hotel, which is useful when looking for it from a distance. - Shower and bathtub are integrated. As a business hotel, we expect them to install a shower curtain, but maybe they think it will cost too much. So you can imagine the mess after each shower. -No useful maps available. Those maps that could be used only marked the subway line, and there was no address information or anything like that. - the lighting in the room was poor. It was too dark for ladies who wanted to make up. -Close to a government building, so if you want to walk around naked in the room, it is recommended to close the curtains. -The front desk clerk doesn't seem to know much about the attractions. -Breakfast coupons are issued at the front desk every morning, dining at the fast food restaurant on the main road, just at the exit of the narrow alley. There are about four or five packages to choose from, but the two must be the same (for both of us)! That is so stupid! The food is not good either.

Hotel is marvellous, room is spacious, enough for solo traveling. If the room were to have 2 luggage’s, i think there won’t be enough walking space in the room. Toiletbowl and showers are separated which is a good thing. A desk to eat, or do some work or planning for the next day. Bed is comfy and nice. Location is within a minute walk to Ximending. MRT station is just across the street within 2-3mins walk, very accessible.

The buffet breakfast was in a spacious restaurant and had a decent variety of dishes. My favourite was the porridge and condiments. Nearby, there are convenient stores and also more shops underground leading to the trains, one of them is Mister Donut. The location was perfect for us. The hotel is just a couple of minutes away from Taipei Main Station and the pick-up point for day tour buses. The facilities and amenities were sufficient for us. The room was clean and comfortable, and had a view of Taipei Main Station. The staff at the front desk and restaurant were attentive, polite and helpful. I will choose Cosmos again when I visit Taipei again.

Our room came with a terrific multi-nozzle shower and a firm but comfortable bed. Breakfast was more than we could possibly eat. There’s a gym we didn’t use. Self -service laundry is free (including detergent). The staff is helpful, friendly and attentive. If you’re looking for luxe go elsewhere but if a well-located place to hang your hat is what you want you won’t go wrong at the Rich Garden.

This is my first time in Taiwan and I am attracted by the characteristics of the hotel online. We stayed at the airport in the middle of the night, and the reception staff was very kind to introduce us. Although the room is not big, it is very tidy and clean. It would be better if the room could provide some chairs. I really like the puzzle card paper posted by others in the hotel, which makes the hotel add more features. The room cleaning staff was very attentive, even the wheels of the luggage were wiped clean for me. I like the ”mini bar” in the basement, there are many delicious Taiwanese snacks and instant noodles. The breakfast at the CHO cafe is also delicious~ I will definitely stay at the hotel again next time I come to Taiwan, and I hope to see the puzzle I painted again.

Located in the Ximending business district, the living function is quite convenient, the service staff is very kind, whether you enter or leave the counter, you are very warm to say hello, the environment is clean and tidy is very commendable, the whole hall can be said to be ”the window is bright and clean”, there are counter staff 24 hours a day, The hotel is in the alley. Although it is located in the Ximending hiking area, it is a few meters away, but it does not feel noisy. I was shy and asked the service staff ”I didn't eat enough, can I order another one” ”Yes, what kind of food do you want?”, accompanied by a smile throughout the whole process, and I can patiently explain that I need to wait for a while for the current meal. I immediately moved the score and added a lot of points. Services are mostly the same. Service that satisfy customers is important, but service that impresses customers is often unavailable. When visiting Ximending in the future, the ”Energy Hotel Ximending” is definitely my first choice.

I have booked a total of 3 nights in this hotel. We have encountered some confusion during the check in as the hotel renamed recently from Hedo to Le Room, and the room size or features of the room we booked initially. Nevertheless, we appreciated the hotel staff gave us a free upgrade during our stay. Perhaps there is renovation works going on in the building or around the building, they provided us a set of ear plug and I believed the complimentary breakfast was provided for the compensation. Nice breakfast spread. Strong connection for their Wifi. However, their pillow is too soft for me. Air con is not consistent, sometime in the middle of the night, the temperature may be a bit too warm for me. The water pressure is strong but sometimes the water suddenly become cold for 1-2sec. Overall, I would still recommend this hotel as the location was strategic. Walking distance to Ximending and exit z10 to the underground mall. The staff is also quite patience and able to compromise our request

The hotel is not far from Longshan Temple. The surrounding area has local shops and restaurants. Anyone who likes the local feel, this place is very suitable. There are a lot of convenience stores and restaurants at night. To get to Ximending, you can walk or take the subway, which is convenient. The room I booked was good. Everything was good. There was no refrigerator. All in all it was OK. It was on the 11th floor. The staff at the hotel spoke English. Very welcoming Thai people.
