The service attitude is very good, the reception staff are polite and friendly, and the environment is clean. The only shortcoming is that the furnishings in the lobby on the first floor are too simple, the seats for resting passengers are poor, and the shabby facade does not exude the graceful charm of the hotel.

The location is good and everyone is friendly. However, the breakfast was ok and the cleaning didn't seem to be done perfectly.

It’s midnight on the 10th floor and I don’t know what’s going to be served.

The staff at the reception desk are polite but lack experience and enthusiasm. There are generally few choices for breakfast. The overall service and management are much worse than those at Fullon Hotel Taoyuan. I will not stay here next time.
