Service was amazing, staff are all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast choices are pretty good with letting you choose either a Western or Chinese style buffet breakfast. Room is clean and with a nice view of Tainan City (was on 12th floor).

A family oriented hotel so solo travelers might felt a bit ignored. Adding a coffee machine at the lobby would be very helpful. They follow Japanese check in check out hours and also quite strict about it… I think that’s the biggest downside of the hotel. You will have to wait exactly after 3pm for the room and out in 11 even they are not full. Otherwise the room and location is good, would recommend.

The hotel is located on the side of the main road. Because of the light sleep, the accommodation is not facing the road. The waiter also thoughtfully arranged the location facing the alley. The room is quiet and comfortable. Unfortunately, bottled water is not provided, and the public water dispenser is placed in the stairwell with the door closed. Find it It took me a while to find it! The disadvantage is that the pillows are really too soft and I’m not used to sleeping there. Overall, it’s not bad. The location is great, close to the interchange, and the living functions nearby are very good. I will visit again next time!

Room is a bit small. No place to hang clothes & towels, please improve. Bath room is small, thus not necessary to have bathtub, difficult for elderly or person who have difficulty to go into the bathtub for shower. Hair and body shampoo were in small packet, not sufficient during summer which require at least 2 times of shower. Hope to improve.
