The service staff is very kind and considerate. They will explain it to you in detail before checking in. Although the room is small, it is very comfortable. There is a washing machine upstairs that you can use. I will stay here again next time I have the opportunity.

Good points - It's right near the station, and there's a convenience store nearby, so the location is good. - The room is clean, stylish, and calm. The glass-walled closet seems like it would be popular with women. - There was a staff member who could speak Japanese. (They didn't seem to be there all the time) All the staff were kind and nice. - There was a mirror for makeup, deodorant spray for after using the toilet, and earplugs, so I felt that they had taken great care of the details. - There was an area nearby where Vietnamese and Indonesian shops were gathered, so I was able to enjoy food and shopping from countries other than Taiwan. Negative points - The refrigerator was barely cold at all (I asked the staff and they said that it was not abnormal and that the refrigerator was not very cold), but they kept things that I wanted to keep cool in the hotel refrigerator. - It faces a big street, and the station is close by, so there is a lot of traffic, so you can hear a little outside noise, but it didn't bother me too much. - When I tried to log in to the hotel's WiFi, I got a message saying that the password was wrong, and when I checked with the hotel staff, the password was correct... I logged in when I got off the elevator and for some reason I was able to log in. (It was fine after that.) My husband had the same problem and could only log in at the elevator hall. So, if you can't log in at the room, try logging in at the elevator hall. (The reason is unknown.) I think I'll stay here again when I go to Taichung.

The room is clean and modern (no carpet which i enjoyed). Best part is that there is foc laundry facilities. Only downside was the late check in at 4pm vs 3pm at most hotels.

Friendly, clean, and good luggage storage service before check-in. I would like to use it next time I go to Taichung. Even the slippers in the room, which are nothing special, are of excellent quality. I was satisfied

The location is good because it is close to the train station and the shops, the service and cleanliness of the hotel are very nice

The lobby on the first floor is clean and bright, the room is very clean, there is a special parking lot, and better latex pillows are provided. You need to call the front desk to tell them. The bathroom has a flush toilet, which is very good

The location is perfect as it is located just opposite of Main Train Station. The location also nearby the most famous LGBT sauna. The pillow is comfortable and the shower room is spacious and clean.

This hotel is not far from Taichung Station and is a good value for money hotel.
