這是我第一次來蘇州，第一推薦就是這家維也納，我體驗感覺是非常棒，位於鄭和的中心位置，周邊交通非常便利。酒店一進大堂就能看到服務員微笑歡迎我們，對話非常有禮貌，裏面的房間也都是維也納的風格，房價又便宜，能體驗到這樣的酒店，超棒的，下次來這裏我也還是會依然選擇這裏。

房間非常乾淨，裝修風格簡潔，整體服務人員的素質也非常高，不管是續住打掃衞生還是前台辦理入住都非常的利落流暢，感覺非常舒服，下次還會入住。

酒店內部非常不錯，房間很大。不過裏面沙發布太臟了，不忍直視，新開的房間某個角落還有個空礦泉水瓶，再説外面蓮花廣場經營慘淡，整個感覺不是太好。還過住在裏面還是很舒服的。
