Four Points by Sheraton Taicang
"The hotel's location is excellent, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. The room was clean, tidy, and odor-free, and the bedding was soft, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The service was warm, thoughtful, and patient. It offers great value for money, and my stay was fantastic. I'll definitely choose this place again next time!"

JI Hotel (Taicang University Town)
"A great room experience; the pillows and bed were very comfortable. The refrigerator in the room cooled very well. The shower area deserves special praise; the equipment was very responsive, the water pressure was strong and even, and the temperature remained stable without any sudden changes, making for a very pleasant shower. The lobby environment and service were also excellent."
Maritim Hotel Taicang
"First time staying here and I had a good experience. Some of the details really show the German efficiency. I'd suggest there's room for improvement with the food, perhaps adding more German-style dishes. We'll definitely be back this autumn/winter."

Taicang Karuizawa Hot Spring Hall
"This is my fourth time staying at the Taicang Karuizawa Onsen Hotel, and I'm still extremely satisfied. This time, I came for the Dragon Boat Festival holiday with my mom, husband, and son. The hotel's overall environment is quiet and comfortable, the rooms are serene, well-equipped, and have a quality feel. The hygiene has always been excellent, making for a very reassuring stay. My favorite part is still the hot springs – warm, comfortable, and very authentic. For me, the cleanliness of the hot spring area is particularly important, and Karuizawa consistently meets expectations in this regard. Each soak leaves me feeling relaxed both physically and mentally, making it perfect for a short holiday getaway. The hotel's surroundings are also ideal for a vacation. It's about a 15-minute drive to Shaxi Ancient Town, which has lots of delicious food. Nearby is JinCang Lake Park, with its excellent ecological environment, perfect for a family stroll and relaxation. We drove from Shanghai, which took about an hour and a half, so the transportation is very convenient. That's why for the past two years, whenever a holiday comes around, we think of staying here for a few days. During this stay, the hotel service also felt very warm. The staff were friendly and thoughtful, and the restaurant service was especially attentive, proactively caring for and asking about our needs. When they learned my mom had a sensitive stomach, they even specially added plain congee, which was truly thoughtful. Because we've stayed multiple times over the past two years, the hotel even offered a complimentary private hot spring this time, making us feel their full sincerity and a truly welcoming atmosphere. In short, the Karuizawa Onsen Hotel has become our family's go-to for short holiday getaways. Everything from the rooms, hot springs, hygiene, and service to the surrounding environment leaves us very satisfied. We'll definitely be back if we get the chance in the second half of the year."
Longqi International Hotel Kunshan

Maritim Hotel Taicang Garden

Taicang Qishierjia Village Yuanshe Yuejiang Private Hot Spring Homestay
"Environment is peaceful and nice. Staffs are just very helpful"
Loudong Hotel
"Compare the housing prices during the National Day holiday with those a few days later. They haven't increased. I give it a thumbs up. There are carp and osmanthus trees in the garden pond. It's a good choice to take a rest."
Taicang 72 Jiacun Shufrog Tribe
"Facilities: The facilities are a bit old. The faucets and showerheads need to be replaced with new ones; the caulking also needs to be redone. Other facilities are complete. Cleanliness: It's on par with a guesthouse. Environment: The environment is absolutely stunning. It's located within the ideal village of Qishierjia Village, which is a tourist village in Taicang, by the Yangtze River. There are bookstores, coffee shops, a mini-train, QR-code activated tricycles, street stalls, and wheat fields... it's truly breathtaking. Service: Excellent! They saw our family of four and upgraded us from the triangular loft to the Lotus room."
JINMAO PURELAX TAICANG ROSE MANOR
"This is the first time I've ever given such a detailed review of pros and cons, and everything below is genuine: First, the pros ❤️: ➡️ The hotel has a castle-like design with corridors throughout, which is great for walking in summer. The castle is also perfect for photos and gives off a French vibe. ➡️ The hotel features a dedicated Hape-themed castle with various car themes, a small kitchen, and a fishing pond, making it very suitable for young children, especially boys, and very family-friendly. ➡️ Near the entrance fountain, you can see peacocks and pigeons. At Love Island, there are horses and deer for close-up feeding and interaction. There are also many fish in the rockery, plus several resident cats and dogs. ➡️ Across from the hotel are a botanical garden, a picking garden, and restaurants like Luyuan. Now, for the cons 💔: ➡️ Before arrival, the hotel mentioned a butler service, but we never received it. If it's not available, it shouldn't be advertised. We weren't insistent on a butler, but it was only added after booking a package. I also spoke with the front desk several times, and it felt like different departments weren't communicating, acting independently. ➡️ We stayed in Building 6, which has no elevator! No elevator! No elevator! Families with children and lots of luggage, please be aware. We had to carry everything up ourselves. Plus, there's no air conditioning in the building, making it stuffy, hot, and with a strong woody smell. ➡️ ❌❌ Not very child-friendly: There are no bed rails, only baby cribs. If I hadn't called beforehand to ask about other items and found this out, we would have been stuck. I had requested bed rails on Trip.com, but the hotel didn't inform me about this. I ended up having to emergency-buy bed rails and bring them, which was truly frustrating. For a family-friendly hotel, bed rails are far more commonly used than cribs 💔. ➡️ 💔 The room automatically loses power if you're not in it; there's no card-activated power system. It automatically cuts off 💣. We'd go out, expecting the AC to cool the room, only to return to a hot, stuffy room with that woody smell. It was infuriating 💔. ➡️ ❌❌ Dining restaurants: I do not recommend the hotel's restaurants. There are serious food safety issues: Boiled eggs are a breakfast staple, but they weren't readily available here. You have to ask for them. On the morning of our departure, when I asked about boiled eggs, the restaurant brought them out from the back; they weren't on display. I took one, and it was spoiled 🥚. I went back for two more, and one of those was also bad ❌. The steamed pumpkin was also cold, and my child kept spitting it out and wouldn't eat it. For a hotel that's supposed to be child-friendly, or even just a normal hotel or restaurant, having spoiled and cold food like this for breakfast – two out of three boiled eggs bad – the food quality is simply appalling. I seriously question the catering's qualifications 😡. Who would be responsible if a child got sick from this? 😡 ➡️ ❌ Still about the dining restaurants: The hotel restaurants are incredibly slow. We ordered a noodle set meal and some other dishes. The elderly members of our group ordered around 10 AM, and by 11 AM, not everything had been served. We repeatedly urged them, especially for the set meal. Who takes 30-40 minutes to prepare a bowl of noodles? 😡 If you can't meet catering standards, then don't offer food. If the service is slow, hire more staff. This is how it's been after only about six months of opening. I saw many servers standing around, and people in chef hats kept going in and out, but I don't know what they were doing 😡. ➡️ ❌❌❌ As a family-friendly hotel, I question whether the Hape castle play area for children is cleaned and disinfected daily ❓️❓️ I saw dog feces on the floor of the small kitchen for two days. Since it's a children's play area, pets shouldn't be allowed, especially your free-roaming cats and dogs. Children are innocent, and we adults watch them and take responsibility if something happens, but who watches the dogs who don't know better ❓️ The fishing pond water was dirty and shallow, with hardly anyone playing in it daily. Three or four hotel staff members rotated overseeing it, but couldn't they clean it? At least make the surface clean. How many days was that dog feces there? The area smelled terrible 😡. I question the hygiene quality ❓️❓️ ➡️ 💔 If the hotel wants to be both child-friendly and pet-friendly, please designate separate areas for children and pets. Otherwise, conflicts will inevitably arise. Last night, a free-roaming dog enthusiastically approached, and we had to quickly pick up our child and pull them away, fearing it might jump on them. This would lead to an unpleasant situation. Conflicts between child-friendly and pet-friendly environments are common. I suggest allocating a lawn area specifically for pet owners and their cats and dogs, separating them for safety and satisfaction. Just as traffic is now separated, young children and beloved pets should also be separated. ➡️ At night, we had to find something to cover the AC control panel; its light was like a night light, illuminating the whole room 💔. ➡️ For a family-friendly hotel, please provide a nursing room. These past few times trying to manage my child, my husband and I didn't know which restroom to take him to 🥲. We don't want to get caught going into the wrong one 😱. ➡️ The surroundings aren't well-developed; it feels quite desolate. Even after about six months of opening, internal communication within the hotel is poor. Overall, it doesn't feel worth it. I came because of recommendations on various apps and the Hape castle, but I was very disappointed."
Oriental Hotel
"The room is comfortable and clean, the service is warm and in place. Overall, it is a hotel with a relatively high cost performance. It is also very convenient for travel. Recommended"
Taicang Blind Box Hotel
"Especially good hotel is super cost-effective, the space is large, the decoration is very careful, there is a small singing bar too addictive, the details can feel the boss's attitude. The details are also very good, the bathtub is given a disposable bath bag, breakfast is delivered to the room by the aunt, even the toothbrush is very good! Not a general chain product, next time you come to Taicang to play, you have to live in a different room type!"
Nanyuan Four Seasons Hotel (Taicang Huafa Plaza)
"The front desk service was warm and thoughtful, and we were given free breakfast. The room was quite large and well-equipped. There is an underground parking lot which is quite convenient. The hotel is in a great location, and there are shopping malls and restaurants nearby which are very convenient. I will stay here again if I have a chance."
TUI BLUE Taicang
"My parents-in-law are in Taicang. They helped take care of our baby for a week when I was on a business trip last week. However, their bed was too small for three people to sleep in, so my husband and I brought our baby to stay in the hotel. I booked a basic room type, but the front desk upgraded us to a suite. I was so happy! Hahahaha, it turns out that staying in a suite with a baby is so nice. You can put the baby to sleep in the bedroom like at home, and we watch TV in the living room. I think a suite should be arranged for the next trip. Back to the room, the room is really beautiful, with brighter blue (I prefer Mediterranean blue) as embellishment everywhere, and the decoration is very fashionable! It feels like Emily Henderson. It makes people feel super good. And the floor height is very high. It feels that the floor height of the second floor is more than 3 meters after the ceiling is suspended. It is very comfortable to live in. The room has three small French balconies, and the outside is full of green. I didn’t take pictures because I didn’t dress up, but I feel that it should be very good. It has a very European style. My room is on the second floor facing the street, but the road is very quiet, with almost no cars. Opposite is Taicang Yard, which has very good greenery. There is a small river on the way to Tianjing Lake, and there is a dark brown bridge on the river, which has a little European summer style. I think the breakfast variety is moderate, not the kind with a lot of variety, but it is enough to eat. The key is! The counter made on the spot is delicious! The spicy meat noodles made by the noodle cooking counter and the Omlette made by the omelette counter are delicious! We also ordered some food for the children, and the children also ate happily. It was a very pleasant experience. I will come again next time~"
Rhine Hotel
"Overall it's good, the breakfast would be even better!"
