I was very impressed with this hotel. For the price and nearness to University Hospital, it can't be beat. Everyone was very helpful, friendly and professional. The room was spacious, clean, comfortable and quiet. The coffee in the morning was excellent and the parking very, very convenient. There is even a liquor store within walking distance if you are so inclined. I will be going back.

Housekeeping was very loud blasting music at 7am. Kept knocking on my door hours before check out. Night time front desk women was rude .

Was a nice hotel, a bit basic & dated but the location was fine for our needs - not spending a lot of time in the room. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Hotel did not have a ton of amenities (no restaurant/food, only a few vending machines & coffee). Parking out the back was included, the beds were comfortable, shower pressure was great. Would recommend for a shopping trip or where the room/hotel is not super important you’re ok with leaving to eat/drink.

We've stayed here before and appreciate this hotel for its large rooms and ample parking as well as the location. The staff is very friendly and the room was clean. Our bed had a very strange sheet/mattress pad combination for a comforter though, and this was far from warm or comfortable.

We had an issue with our room - tv remote didn’t work and the bathroom wasn’t clean enough. However, called the front desk and we were moved to a different room, and it was perfect!

Great customer service. Super close to the colleges and great places to eat. Quiet and helpful that this hotel has a parking lot!!! That's free too!

The hotel was average. We liked it for the close proximity the Syracuse University and it was quiet but the cleanliness and upkeep could have been better (dead flies in window sills, some furniture was tarnished and broken, no sanitary wipes or water in the gym). Liked that they offered free coffee in the morning though.
