買了酒店年夜飯糰購，一大家子來這裏聚會，酒店挺好找的，很幽靜適合修養，就是設施都偏老，房間地毯起球嚴重，到處都是積灰，很陳舊……插座也有漏電蠻嚇人的……
服務員們態度都是很好的，基本有求必應，客房服務很滿意！團購的年夜菜品很簡單，口味到還不錯…早餐比較混亂，品種非常少，吃的人一多就很麻煩容易吃不飽……會空盤……
總體來説…不太推薦吧…

這個酒店作為五磚在蘇州的話真的太差了。它如果在10年前還沒話説，但是現在的配套真的全季都比不上。在説價格，5月1日早上781元訂的一晚，一個小時後就變成了640元還送2張遊樂園門票，前面訂的還不能退。到酒店後，把這個事跟前台説了，前台理都不理，這種服務態度。這個酒店應該在很早前政府或者工會活動指定接待那種。

這個酒店就是位置比較偏僻，周圍環境還是比較安靜的，酒店早餐不怎麼樣，工作人員用餐比較隨意，估計是平時管理上比較鬆懈，或者根本沒有用心吧。

設施：齊全
衞生：很乾凈
環境：由於周圍在施工改造，環境沒想象中的那麼好，但是不影響入駐，沒有什麼噪音，停車方便，早餐也還可以，麪條和餛飩好吃，帶爸媽出行，住宿很滿意，主要是性價比也很高，還送了兩張華誼影城樂園的票，全家出遊不要太開心

住過至今為止最差的酒店，沒有之一。
1.設施問題，早餐問題，其他人已有點評，不贅述
2.在寒冷的冬天，竟然熱的無法入睡，處理辦法更是氣人：先告知不能開冷空調（腦裂），本來想開製冷降温，關鍵是沒有製冷功能，衹能立即關閉；再告知開窗睡覺，大冬天開窗睡覺（再次腦裂），外面是呼呼冷風；開窗降温吧，再關窗，温度又升起（空調沒有開）。折騰到3點多，説弄一個電風扇過來，找了一圈，告知沒有了，已被借光（應該不是衹有這個房間有問題），最後值班經理不知道從哪裡搞了一個工業風扇，折騰一個晚上。沒有一句道歉。
3.當時挑這家，主要看上它住酒店能送華誼兄弟電影樂園門票。不幸的是第二天下雨又大風，趕到華誼兄弟樂園，人家建議改期或退票，找攜程或者商家即可。攜程客服溝通是很積極，商家回覆是不退不改簽，不退可以理解，商家不同意改簽很奇葩。人家樂園改簽沒有任何問題，改簽對你商家來説也沒有任何損失，沒有理由不同意。後來想明白，估計這商家就希望下雨客户不去樂園可以多賺一些。
4.衹能説套路深，服務差，設施差。
