Room is spacious, location is good just opposite pingjiang river. The staff not really impressed but will help if asked them. The night wanton supper was good though. There is washing machine and dryer too.

Hotel is located just right outside Pingjiang road. Convenience store and bus stop just few mins away. Train station is considered far if you have to pull luggage’s if not is walkable distance. Hotel is relatively clean. There are 3 washing machines and dryers available, always in used. Try to use it during wee hours and it’s fine. Overall a pretty good hotel for the price paid

Excellent location. Walking distance to the main attractions and also metro station.

I had a really nice and pleasant stay at CitiGo Hotel Downtown Suzhou.
The hotel’s location was ideal. Pingjiang Road was just in front of the hotel which was very convenient.
The bedroom was very comfortable and clean. The breakfast buffet was delicious, having a large variety of dishes. Additionally, the staff were helpful and nice.
I totally recommend this hotel to those travellers wanting to explorer the beautiful city.

The hotel is nice. Location is very convenient. PingJiang Road is just across the street. Good room design and the connecting room is great for family. The staff is helpful and friendly. Thank you so much for the lovely souvenirs.

We love the place!! Cozy, convenient and chic! Free wonton supper every night. Food delivery to lobby, the staff will arrange the robot to deliver to your room. The connecting room is great for family. Thank you so much for the lovely souvenirs.

Location is very convenient. PingJiang Road is just across the street. Good room design and the beds are comfortable. Services are excellent except the breakfast is terrible.

Lucy is a very helpful and friendly receptionist. We are so grateful to have her to help us. The hotel is located at very strategic location, near most of the tourist attraction.

Housekeeping was really thoughtful. Saw that we bought bottles of water from a convenience store. When we came back after our tours, they refilled our rooms with bottles of water and left a note. Really appreciate the initiative! Location is excellent. Easily accessible. Near Pingjiang road. Fairly walkable to other Suzhou tourists spots, if not, there is a metro station nearby. Most of the reception staff dont speak english, but it was not much of a problem.

This hotel is an absolute gem! Situated just across from the iconic Pingjiang Road, it offers a prime location for exploring the city's vibrant heart. The staff's warmth and hospitality truly made our stay exceptional. From the moment we stepped in, their friendly smiles and attentive service created a welcoming ambiance. The room itself was cozy and tastefully appointed, providing a comfortable retreat after a day of sightseeing. Remarkably, all this came at a very reasonable price, making it outstanding value for money. We couldn't have asked for a better experience!

I loved this hotel very much. The accessibility to shuangta market, pingjiang street and metro station all walking distance.
The counter staffs are polite and friendly and very helpful.
The bed is very comfortable and water pressure is very good.
Hotel breakfast very good and it also gives free night supper "wanton soup".
Thank you citigo hotel for giving me a pleasant stay.

Good location, just south of PingJiang old town across a main road. Provides complimentary wanton soup 2200hr nightly.
Gave a 4 for service, cos mostly are young people and not very professionally and helpful with request or enquires.
