這次的酒店體驗真的帶給我比預期更多的驚喜！原本衹是臨時預訂的家庭套房，沒想到卻擁有如此精緻的格局設計，每一個空間都利用得恰到好處，既寬敞又温馨，風景也好。特別是從入住到退房期間，酒店的小楊經理貼心專業的服務更是讓我印象深刻。期待下一次的光臨！

臨時決定來蘇州過五一假期，預訂了這家酒店的家庭房。房間挺大，有卧室和客廳。卧室內放了一張大床和一張單人床，可以睡3個人。有2個衞生間哦，這點特別贊。
入住有小禮物，是一些零食。離店還會送小零食，停車免費。服務態度也很好。
早餐的話不要期待，是很普通的早餐，填飽肚子就可以。咖啡寡淡無味。但其他方面都挺好，尤其前台登記的小楊和另一位小姐姐都很友善熱情。
這個酒店距離龍湖天街步行600米左右，那裡還有4號線石湖東路站。距離市中心稍微有些遠，但性價比挺高。

親子房間非常棒，不衹是寬敞整潔，窗外景色也超級好，酒店還免費贈送小點心，不過沒有留圖，就被孩子吃了，最後衹能拍個窗外美景。
另外，前台小姑娘小蝶也非常Nice，謝謝你，下次來蘇州一定還來，強烈推薦！

之前的錦江之星旗下高端酒店，經營了幾年換了名字。裝修設施都不新了，服務還是挺好的，位置也方便，地鐵站步行十分鐘之內，停車免費。

到的時候很晚了，前台給升了房型。房間寬敞大氣，採光良好，能遠眺城景。睡眠舒適。但淋浴間熱水不行，衹能到浴缸處才能淋浴。早餐方面供應的種類繁多，每樣都很好吃，但需要提出一些批評：果汁飲料處已經沒有了，也不續供，向工作人員提出後，也對我很冷淡不理睬，希望酒店能及時改進早餐服務。

家附近的酒店，交通非常方便，今天有原因頭一次來住。前台小裴非常熱情，不僅免費升級了房型，還附贈了一張早餐券，注意到我腿腳不便還特意提出幫助，五星好評。房間非常乾淨整潔，隔音也不錯，衞生間各種設施也一應俱全。這個價位的酒店性價比是相當高了。早餐也挺豐盛，但趕時間沒來得及多嘗一些，下次有朋友來住可以安排上！
