前台服務態度不錯，無論是發快遞還是打印東西都能解決，飯店硬件舊了，但也看得出已經盡力在維護了，浴室有防滑墊，水也是每天送的。打掃的大姐態度也好的。

早餐很差，快捷酒店都比他們好，雞蛋還限制每人一個，全是水煮青菜，大白菜，生菜，你乾脆來個一鍋燉拉倒了，還分幾個盤裝，房間小不説，連礦泉水衹給兩瓶，多了讓你拿錢買，沒有一個酒店像你們一樣，房間不給你延時，12點必須退房，我説我下午來的，你沒有房間，還讓我等了一會，怎麼就不能延時到兩點的，回我：你就是夜裡12點來，也是讓你12點退房，誰給你的自信，遲早完蛋，永不再住！

早餐很差，早知道不選這家了。考慮到有早餐，結果8點多，沒啥吃的，第二天7點多到餐廳，水果盤一個空了，跟本就不續，大家都慢慢吃等上菜，，，，，，，，

老牌飯店了，在古城區內，住的很安靜，外邊就是小橋流水，適合拍照打卡，早飯一般，品種不多，主要是洗澡的地方沒有防滑墊，很容易滑倒，這個需要改進。

好清靜的一個酒店，雖然裝修有點老了，但清潔衞生還算好，比較正規的管理。門前的小河就是蘇州城一個縮影

位置還算可以，酒店比較舊，但設施還算比較齊全，就是春節期間貴了點，酒店去景點車站比較近，周邊飯店超市比較多，生產比較方便。

1、有小強。2、保潔阿姨開錯了我們的房門，在我們與她確認時，有吵架行為（有全程視頻），但後來她道歉了。3、四周環境還是蠻好的，離景區也比較近。
