An impressive experience. I spent one night with my girl friend and we were treated feel at home by all heart warming staffs. Highly recommend bathtub room to everyone who are willing to choose a lovely space to spend a night.

The location is very close to train station. I could hear the train coming into the station from my room. When I asked front desk to switch room, I was told they were booked up. However I did see rooms available for booking from online. So apparently they just didn’t want to switch for me.

Lovely stay! Would definitely stay again! Perfect location outside the train station, but very far from town which wasn’t a problem with the metro 😊

特別好的一家酒店，不管從環境還是服務都讓人感覺特別的舒服，酒店離高鐵站特別的近，出行也比較方便，高鐵站和地鐵站無縫對接，去哪也很方便，酒店的早餐也好吃，種類也多，小朋友也很喜歡，前台的小杜有求必應，服務特別到位，下次來首選這家酒店！

酒店非常大氣 就在蘇州北站旁邊一出站就可以看到 酒店人員細緻入微，前台袁小姐服務熱情周到在聽到我女朋友生日時，免費送了一個蛋糕，蛋糕非常大 倆個人吃不完 真的是非常驚喜 外賣都由機器人送上19樓 很方便便利。

酒店位置特別好，過馬路就是蘇州北站，軟硬件和服務都特別好，雖然中間有些小插曲，但都給解決好了，重點表揚前台劉家小姐姐，人美心細熱情周到，下次還來找她！
