I ate at the buffet restaurant and the Chinese restaurant. I personally recommend young people to choose the buffet restaurant. It is very good outdoors when it is not raining. If there are elderly people, the Chinese restaurant is more suitable... First round of mini bar enjoyment: This question confuses me. The hotel did not arrange any drinks and water in our small refrigerator! ! !

During the May Day holiday, because I was going to Likou to buy some furniture, I chose the Suzhou International Conference Hotel nearby for convenience. For rooms booked on Ctrip, the platform originally provided customer rights with free room upgrades, check-in welcome fruits and the use of minibar. And the promised upgrade and minibar didn’t come with anything, I’m really speechless (it doesn’t matter if I don’t use the upgrade and minibar, I just don’t want to order takeout and want to eat some fruit, my God‼️) What's annoying is that I pressed twice for the welcome fruit, and the front desk said it would be delivered later. After waiting for two days, I still couldn't see the fruit that was supposed to appear. This service is so inadequate! The soundproofing effect of the room was even worse. The voices of children outside broke in unscrupulously, making me upset by the noise when I was supposed to relax and rest. On the day of check-in, I was so hungry after shopping for furniture that I arrived at the hotel at 5 o'clock. I thought there was no food nearby, so I made do in the hotel restaurant, but several restaurants were not open! There is only one Chinese restaurant open at 17:30. In this remote high-speed rail new city, there isn't even a shopping mall around, so it's hard to find a place to relax. Overall, this stay experience was nothing short of average. It is really hard to accept that so many problems have appeared together.
