The service was acceptable. The room was in the front of the motel and the outside lights shown all nite and the black out curtains did not draw so it was like daylight in the room.
The bathroom had no vent to take out the humidit,. the room was cold, (the temperature was in the low 2Os outside) I had to use the hair dryer to warm it up. Threre was no Kleenex, no hear lamp.
I choose Country Inn because of their rating and I was very disappointed.I I could not call this a positive experience and doubt I will encourage anyone to use Country Inn and Suites.
The highlight was in the am. Mary was a true delight and very helpful. Please tell her so.

We came in late for check in around 1030 and the women at the counter was very nice.The room was good and the a.c. worked great.Most importantly the bed was soft. Breakfast was more generous compared to others during covid.I would stay again.

The young man that was at the front desk when we checked in was great! He was courteous, got us checked in quickly, smiled the whole time and answered all of our questions .
The hotel was clean and room was nice, breakfast was yummy and staff was kind.

Came up for a funeral. The clerk would not change payment methods that was used to hold the reservation which seemed to be a very simple process. My room was so musty the carpet was damp. I had to run the heat on high all night just to dry it out. Gym was okay however the water cooler was empty and no towels. The staff was nice and it was good to see that they were painting. All in all it was average.

At check in, staff charged a $50 fee to my card for “incidentals”. When I asked for an explanation they told me it was refundable after we checked out and they verified there was no damage. I’ve never been charged this fee at any other Country Inn and Suites. When we entered the room, the couch was ripped, there was ground in food in the carpet, the bathroom obviously had not been cleaned, mold around the rim of the sink, makeup on the counter. The AC was noisy, and shuts off when you sleep, because of a motion sensor. So the room would get hot, we’d wake up, wave at the sensor, and it would restart. Breakfast was very good, and staff were polite, but totally uncaring. The room was terrible. ******* shouldn’t even list this hotel. At checkout, they explained the $50 fee would take 5 business days to be refunded. There is a construction crew staying here, and there is mud tracked everywhere. The same muddy foot prints were in the hallway the whole time we were there.

After checking in went to my room. When i got in room i found the refrigerator was not working and smelled bad, also thers was a lamp missing from beside bed,the desk light was broken. The TV did not work and desk chair was broken. Called front desk and they sent the maintence man. He did a great job getting everything changed and he made sure everything was working properly. The staff were all very good.
