首先説老闆人很奈斯，因為到房間的時候已經是凌晨了，每次都很及時的回覆，房間直接看到海。

時隔三年又來到東戴河，住的佳兆業四期3號樓，妥妥海景房，下樓走左邊彩虹道5分鐘，或者中間橫穿停車場3分鐘，直達海灘。本來要求住10層以上，老闆給安排了28層，旺季擠不上電梯，幸好聽了老闆的，人是相當的多呀！每天晚上沙灘邊都是放炮的，一直延伸到止錨灣，一派熱鬧景象。明年再見吧！

房間位置特別好，四期3棟純海景房，躺床上就能看見大海，可以看煙花，下樓就能趕海，離市場，碼頭開車都不遠，房東有問必答回覆快，美好的十一假期旅行，下次還住這家。

✨[進入房間第一眼]跟圖片一致，超大陽台直接可以看到海。
🙋[對於房東]我到的早，上家退房又晚了一點，房間還沒收拾出來，我們在樓下坐等了半個多小時，兩點多了才進去，不過老闆娘很熱情態度也好，等會無所謂啦！
📍[對於周邊的便利度，我要説]走路十分鐘左右，出了小區，馬路對面，離海邊很近！
🛏[房屋設施]次卧少個枕頭，我們準備睡覺才發現，已經十點多了，想着別在麻煩了，就湊合找個東西墊着睡了一宿。希望老闆看到我的評論及時補上！
總之推薦大家來東戴河定這家民宿，白天去海邊踩踩沙，遊游泳，晚上坐在大陽台上吹吹風，看看煙花，老棒了👍🏻我收藏嘍，下次還住這裏！

在網上訂好的，帶着父母一起來海邊避避暑，按照房東發的定位直接過來的，停車很方便，不收費。房間樓層高，視野開闊，一眼望去心曠神怡。房間乾淨整潔，窗明幾凈，枕頭被子沒有異味，長者很喜歡，住的安心。下樓到沙灘不到十分鐘，樓下吃的飯館很多，一天三餐都可以解決，想自己買海鮮的去孟家市場，開車十來分鐘，回來廚房有電磁爐和鍋，可以自己買點調料也很方便。晚上坐在180度的大陽台上看看煙花，比北京過年都熱鬧。
房東有問必答，回覆很及時，強烈推薦✌️

入住的一期6棟1301，風景非常棒，無遮擋海岸線！

📍[對於周邊的便利度，我要説] 出門五分鐘就到佳兆業海灘，好舒服好舒服 風景也很棒！
🛏[房屋設施我一定要提]有wifi，有茶几電視洗衣機，椅子也很舒服，還有沙發，床上用品乾淨整潔，沐浴露洗髮液都有，很棒！

雙衞生間很是適合4—5人的隊伍出行，房間乾淨整潔，弧形觀海大陽台實在是太棒了，180度無死角觀海。樓下有超市早餐店和燒烤店，廚房有蒸鍋電飯鍋，想吃什麼做什麼。最重要的是距離海灘賊近，小區門與海灘入口相對，游完泳回房間洗個澡很方便。趕海能挖到小蝦、螃蟹和寄居蟹。房東老闆隨問隨回覆，特別周到。
