2023.09月20日中午退房時前台態度極差，還強詞奪理欺客，壓金沒有退説手機裏沒有錢、發票也沒有開就説你可以離店了，最終説系統用不了當日不能開發票了，過程中態度很不好，環境不好、味道很大，真後悔住這裏。
