They seemed to be having housekeeping issues the night I stayed. The first room I was given had not been cleaned at all and the bed was torn up. The second room the sheets and pillowcases were really dirty. The person at the front desk was very helpful and nice, though, and she sent me to a room that she had cleaned herself and it was in good shape. Overall, it seems like a decent place considering it's about the cheapest room you can find anywhere!

Arrived at hotel- ******* reservations were not in their system at all although I had ******* confirmations.
Had to work with ******* support to resend info to hotel.

Was made to stand outside in RAIN to do all of check in til time to run payment card, then she UNLOCKED the door. went to use bathroom in middle of night and floor was wet.
Not sure where water came from but then noticed a bucket under sink.

It was dirty stained carpets from pets very noise and run down not worth the price would never stay there again

We didnt. First room looked like someone had lived there a week. 2nd room wasn't very clean. So we packed up and left. No refund. Theu refused. For $105 night...it was worth the loss to NOT stay there.

3 PM arrival and I had to wait after ringing the bell. The people were in the back doing who knows what. once I got to the room that was in a weird back alley I entered the room and saw some cockroaches running across the floor. The TV didn’t work, the room smelled and it was dirty. I did not stay in the room one minute. I went back to the lobby and nobody would come after ringing the bell. We left immediately. I tried to get a refund in ********** and the hotel so they could not give me a refund. The fact a ********** has this hotel on their website is a huge disappoin**ent.

Price was low, towels were clean, shower pressure and heat good, but the quality of the room was bad.

It goes with the rating I think for a 2 star it really was a 2 star. Dirty sheets we put towels to sleep and checked out way before the end of our stay. The cabinet in between the beds looks like it has never been vacuumed and the carpet when we walked around made the back of your feet black. The receptionist is the only thing that was good about the place.
