I arrived at the hotel later than the check in time is, and I still had to wait for my room. Got a bigger room though. Once the room is was ready, the next shock waited for me in the room. The picture will say everything. Disappointed.

I booked this hotel at the recommendation of someone on a Balkan fb forum. Simple but very clean accommodations in a great location with private gated parking (must be reserved in advance). Leyla was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

The room was spotless and very comfortable, the staff was super helpful and friendly and the location of the hotel is just perfect, a minute's walk from the main touristic area.

We had a fairly large room, shame about the bars on the windows. The bathroom was small but functional. Everything is quite clean, if we really want to find a flaw, the lack of electrical sockets; for example to use the kettle you had to unplug the television. Everyone at the reception is very kind. The location is great for visiting the city.

We had a great 3-day stay in Sarajevo thanks to the ideal location of this hotel which is 3 minutes walk from the Ottoman bazaar (Bascarsija) and 1 minute from the Latin bridge. In addition, it has parking spaces which makes it even more interesting if you come by car. Onur, the boss is exceptionally friendly and welcoming. He did not hesitate to accompany us in the car to find a gas pump and was always very pleasant and available. The service is impeccable; the bedding is clean and smells good. The shower is hot and works well. This establishment is very sufficient for a city trip and I highly recommend it. We plan to return there for our next stay in Sarajevo.
