Oude kamers, zeer gedateerd sanitair en vuile vloerbedekking. Gelegen vlak naast een zeer drukke weg. Bovendien werden de spelregels ongeveer tijdens het spel aangepast. Na betaling voor de overnachtingen (vooraf!) werd ons medegedeeld dat het restaurant tot 19.30 open was en de bar tot 21.00 uur. Ons doel om gezellig met vrienden in de bar wat te kletsen onder het genot van een drankje werd hiermee volledig onderuit gehaald. Ook ontbreekt er een ontbijtbuffet op de zondag ochtend. Het ontbijt wordt in een koelkast op een klaargezet en moet je op de kamer opeten omdat de deuren naar lounge/restaurant dicht zijn. Personeelsgebrek en beleid werd in beide gevallen gehanteerd als reden. Uiteindelijk hebben we direct na inspectie van de kamers en de beschikbare faciliteiten besloten om niet te overnachten in dit hotel. Na veel aandringen kregen we één nacht gerestitueerd. Conclusie: Als je in deze buurt wilt verblijven, ga dan op zoek naar een ander hotel.

We waren hier vanwege een bruiloft in een nabijgelegen kasteel. De lunch was oké, en het personeel vriendelijk. Ook bij het inchecken. De kamers daarentegen waren duidelijk minder. Klein, sober en matig onderhouden. En (we hadden kunnen weten) op de zondag van vertrek geen ontbijtbuffet, maar een tasje in de koelkast. Dat valt dan toch wel tegen.
