The hotel is very clean, tidy and well Maintained. If you are looking for economical hotel, this one should not be missed. Excellent service, food, room are good for your family. Staff is very supportive and well behaved. Overall good hotel to stay

We with a family of 24 person stayed in these resort for 3 days.very nice experience .rooms are big with room heater.rooms are very neat and clean.the resort is located at peaceful location away from crowd .the food is awesome.quality and quantity of food is unlimited.they never compromise with service.staff is very helpful.shajid and shabbir Bhai very really very nice guys feels like family members were very cooperative.Thanks for treating so nicely.🙂

It was a nice experience staying at Impex Hill Resort. We were a group of 9 family Members. Staff were very co-operative and helpful.Battery Backup is Good. Food was very Tast. Vahid and Abeed made sure that our stay was wonderful and helped us during check-in and Check-out.

We thought it is a resort, but it is more like a budget hotel where you are being served food but in limited quantity. The staff make sure, that no one get more food. In of the the case where we asked for taking plates for our rooms, we were told that you can have 2 Chapatis (Bread) per person maximum. The hotel had very frequent power cuts and very bad power backups. On one night, there were no lights. In the cable TV, you just get 2 channels, seriously- never saw such Miserness at a hotel. It's like they were doing some charity by making us the customers. Not sure, how Yatra.com provided us this hotel in our package. Also, I feel like this Hotel have paid reviews as it is 20 mins drive from Dal lake (last point) and the approach to the Hotel is through very narrow roads.

Myself with my wife and kid booked the hotel and visited and stayed for 3 last nights of October 2022. The hotel is relatively small with small garden and Dal Lake view but very compact and awesome. Due to the location in high hill, it is named as Hill Resort. Very nice food arrangement and it's near to Nishat Garden in Srinagar. The room we booked was in the 1st floor with beautiful large balcony and Dal Lake view. I recommend this hotel for visitors. Rooms at Impex hill resorts are contemporary yet rich and comfortable, with walnut paneling and leather accented furniture. We enjoyed the beautiful fountain with lighting.

Patathik hotel in bathroom water was muddy.We stay for three day only one bottle water complentary other bottles are charged at the time of check out.Pressure on bathroom is very slow in evening time because pressor pump switch off. Our plan on map daily breakfast and dinner is same . Only one dish change.its approx 10 km from lake.and 1 km from main road. There are no transport available

Hotel is very good in all aspects. Food is awesome and tasty with hygiene. Room is clean with hot water and heater too. Junaid sir helped us for everything and supported us for the entire trip. Thank you Junaid sir and team.

My trip is very interesting and we r enjoying with faimly.hotal staff is very sporting. Specially a Junaid ji.kasmir is very beautiful .very spcl feel in kasmir.intererior in hotal is very beautiful

I visited ***** with my family including my parents this summer, hotel is located at very beautiful location with breathtaking view, we stayed here for 3 nights.
