Room size is small

overall below standard
thats why we shifted to "nice one palace" hotel a few yards away which is a good stay.

Hanji. I m free now. The place where stay during kashmir trip is hotel rooma. Rooms are good. We haven't face any problem there. Staff was also quit nice.

Property and hotel is ok but there room allocation is very poor we booked 5rooms in advance and they allocate our rooms on 2nd and 3rd floor even they have rooms on ground and first floor.

Staff behaviour not good and bathroom is very bad and water leakage and room are not clean and foul smell not given same room which i had booked

Property is very old and complete wooden structure. No tv in rooms. Bathrooms are not good. Hygiene issue is there. No towels and toiletries. Yes wi fi was provided by hotel. Very average standard.
