During my stay the standout feature was undoubtedly the exceptional staff, with Mr. Riyaz deserving a special mention for his outstanding service. On the downside, the rooms fell short of expectations.they were functional, but lack of certain amenities or perhaps a need for refurbishment contributed to a less-than-optimal stay. The decor and furnishings might benefit from an update. Despite the room-related setbacks, the hotel's prime location and the warmth of the staff, particularly Mr. Riyaz, still made it a memorable stay.

We had very good experience , with the staff, desk staff, chef and rest staff of the hotel itc Fortune , Srinagar. This hotel treatment was special. Food Quality n taste is very awesome.. They keep old traditional dishes for handwash... this says that traditions never go out of style. Shugufta and ikra n riyaaz give best services in fortune hotel.. kashmir is really the heaven on land..

We stayed in fortune Heaven resort for four nights. Thr hospitality extended by Mr. Riyaz, Mr. Irfan and Mr. Javed is extremely warming and unmatched. I would like to visit this place again in the future. Everything was great right from checkin, house keeping and restaurant sevice , food quality , taste etc.

Excellent location. Beautiful landscapes. Outstanding food and service. Each and every staff was very kind, courteous and helpful. Special mention has to be made of Riyaz and Shugufta from the f&b service who made sure that the food was to our liking and taste. The housekeeping staff were prompt in their service and were ever willing to help. A truly memorable experience.

Our ***** to Srinagar has been great we came here 6years back but this time the hospitality of fortune hotel was at its best the employee here Shugufta was very hospitable and welcoming from first day of the visit. She made us feel like home and made sure we were comfortable throughout.

Wonderful stay at Fortune Heevan resorts with the family. Beautiful and well maintained property. The hospitality of Mr Riyaz, Mr Javed, and Chef Darshan made our stay very comfortable. Will definitely recommend everyone to stay in this property

The holiday resort exceeded all expectations, primarily due to its exceptional staff. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and professionalism. Special mention for Ms Shagufta, Mr. Riyaz & team who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect, attending to every need with a smile, creating a welcoming experience. The rooms were immaculate, the amenities top-notch, and the atmosphere welcoming. Highly recommend for anyone seeking a stress-free and memorable getaway.
