Hilton Garden Inn Zurich Limmattal features free wifi, 24-hour front desk services and breakfast (only if you purchased). Check in time is 15:00hrs and check out time is 12:00hrs. We stayed in a King Room Top Floor. The room itself is big there is sufficient walking space, and it is cozy and spacious enough for 1 king bed with a huge window to have a view. In addition to that, it also have a built in wardrobe with a long side table which was really good to put all your travel items, documents and anything else. In terms of room facilities, it features a separate bathroom and toilet cubicle with Crabtree’s shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and hand wash. They also have Hair dryer and a mini bar fridge are also provided. Wifi is fast and reliable and the room comes with USB sockets. Overall I am satisfied with the stay at this hotel. Thank you.

Although we had a few minor complaints about this hotel it really was a good place to stay. Like other reviews we could not get the room to cool down. Maybe they hadn’t turned on the air conditioning yet? They also had the flattest pillows I have ever seen. I had to use 2. Bed and room were comfortable. There were a few English tv stations mostly British. Breakfast was amazing. Plenty of food and it was replenished often. Hours were 6-10 weekdays and 7-11 weekends Loredana in the breakfast room was absolutely amazing. Anything you needed she was ready to help. You can also have eggs custom made for you by the chef. Front desk staff was very helpful as well. Zurich is a quick trip on the tram and train. The tram is right behind the hotel and front desk staff is quick to give instructions on how to get there. Be aware Zurich has some of the highest public transport costs in the world. The trip to Zurich is 7 Swiss Francs each way per person. It was very convenient that the hotel has free laundry. Pods were available from the front desk for approximately 2 Francs. The hotel is also within walking distance to a huge mall which also has some grocery stores. McDonald’s and Burger King are also a short walk away

This is a very clean property. The staff was amazing and made my wife and I feel very comfortable. The Restaurant and Bar are very inviting and the food was good. The only thing I might say is that it was very warm in our room and we could not get it to cool down which made it hard to sleep, but in all a great property.

Very good choice for a relaxing family vacation. The hotel, while not centrally located, is linked by train to the central station of Zurich. The hotel gives complimentary 24h travel tickets to all guests each day, so there is no additional cost for you. The area is very quiet and nice and also very close to the airport. We would definitely recommend it and would return there!

We had checked in online with our rooms confirmed as diamond member. Our rooms were next to our children's room but when we came the check in staff did not bother to greet us properly and then our rooms were away from other each other. Being a diamond member no apologies but when I asked for manager I was told I can meet tomorrow morning and a note will be left that I would like to meet. Morning I came down checked at reception and was told manager will come on Wednesday only. I stayed 4 days and no managers came to meet us even though I had complained. Michelle and Carolina helped me and sorted the room issue and put the rooms together on Tuesday. The rooms were hot and AC did not worked when room moved told AC will work and no big surprise it did not. AC is going problem when i checked other reviews . The cleaners came to our room and left their cleaning clothes in our room I had to call the reception to take the cleaning stuff out. Felt like they do not care about customers other than Michelle and Carolina who helped trying to make sure things could be put right to make it comfortable. More than a holiday it was a stressful time. Would say avoid them.

The staff were great and very helpful. The hotel carpet was very dirty though and they do not give slippers, luckily i had my own so i didn't have to step on the carpet at all. They also did not come and clean my room during the day? They have housekeeping so not sure why they didn't. Everything else was good. Tram is a 2 min walk and it's easy to get to the city centre from the hotel.

As a Hilton Honors Diamond member, I was thoroughly disappointed with my experience at this hotel. We were left to suffer in 80+ degree heat in our room with no air conditioning. The front desk clerk tried to accommodate by moving us to another room but after checking multiple rooms across multiple floors, none had a functioning HVAC system. He noted other guests were also complaining of the same issue. Management, however, refused to provide alternative accommodations considering they could not fix the HVAC system. We ultimately had to sleep with cold wet towels on our bodies to make it through the night. Totally unacceptable to lack functioning air conditioning in the middle of summer. After my stay, I discovered this has been a recurrent issue at this hotel and management has repeatedly failed to remediate it. You can read the compendium of Google reviews below mine and you will curiously find that management will not respond to those which raise the air conditioning issue. Unsurprisingly, management never responded to multiple emails I sent seeking to have my stay compensated which compelled me to reach out to Hilton Worldwide directly. Once I contacted Hilton’s corporate office and explained my experience at this hotel, Hilton, thankfully, DID compensate me. Hilton Worldwide also indicated they will be investigating the issue directly and will be sending inspectors to evaluate compliance with brand standards. Repeated violations of HGI brand standards in the form of no HVAC in multiple guest rooms is a brazen gamble on the part of the proprietors. Hopefully they will reconsider their practices as it relates to facility management. But until they do, I advise that you stay far away from the Hilton Garden Inn Zurich Limmattal.
