Excellent location within walking distance from Train station, but I would recommend if you are ””walking ””to follow Google maps driving directions instructions much easier and clearer
The hotel was within walking distance of the tourist centre. Restaurants were still putting out tables at 2100 and very reasonable priced.
Great choices at the breakfast different types of, cheese, ham ,bread ,cereals and too good selection of cakes

Outstanding
I wish I could give this incredible small hotel 20 stars. I will tell you it doesn’t get any better than this! It was that good that we didn’t want to leave! First off ,if you like small personal places to be , this is for you. Javier or Blanca at the front desk are so open and available to help! We know for a good location your car must be parked away. It was easy easy to do this.its a short walk to hotel. The location is prime. It’s next to at least 2 amazing dining establishments and so much more. We loved the option to use code your choice for entry. I told them they were too good so no other place will match their excellence. They told us they want us to feel at home!! Not only did they do that but have given us memories of Salamanca we will forever cherish! Thank you thankyou

Excellent
GGuest UserThe layout and location of the hotel are very good, the ancient buildings of Salamanca are nearby. After dinner at the hotel in the evening, we can see the beautiful scenery by walking outside.
The food in the hotel restaurant is also delicious. It is exquisite, and the price is not expensive compared to Hong Kong. We ate a black haired pig, which was really soft and crispy on the outside. It is worth trying next time.

Excellent
The Parador building is plush and the views from the Superior rooms are wonderful. It is an easy walk into the sites-assuming you are relatively mobile. There is a nice terrace for drinks-with the view across to the Cathedral. However, we have stayed in a few Paradores and this left us a little disappointed. There is no water in the room or tea/coffee as we have had in some, but the main problem was the dining area for breakfast. It is extremely cramped and very noisy. Some younger staff who could maybe benefit from a bit more training-the young guy doing omelettes one day was actually funny he was so laid back. No option to eat breakfast outside either. This is our first stay in a city parador so maybe this accounts for it but I would not book again.
GGuest UserThe rooms were gigantic. The beds were good. The bathrooms were big and well lit. The hotel is dated and in need of updating. The breakfast price and selections and atmosphere all something to skip. Front desk people very nice. The breakfast room was policed by an unfriendly man whose priority was making sure everyone paid and no one walked out with any food. Very policeman-like guy who ruined our 2 breakfast times.
GGuest UserIt's the hotel where I've been treating best for the staff, they had until the delicacy that I warned that I would take to arrive for having had an accident on the road I found a basket of fruit welcome in the room so I could pass the accident as best as possible
YyorkwHotel location is very good, parking is convenient,
Hygienic: very clean,
Environment: very good, you can see the roof of the cathedral from the window of the room
Service: First class
Facilities: is complete
there was no free table for breakfast at 10 am on sunday, we waited. Two tables were vacated, cleaned up and Spanish guests who came after us, were assigned the tables and we were told to keep waiting. ”Espera!” we wanted to complain to the reception, and the gentleman only gave us the tip to come earlier, as breakfast already started at 8 o'clock. I tried to speak to the manager, but he said there wouldn't be one. And suddenly, he was on holiday and we didn't have the right to speak to him anyway. The women from the breakfast service were making signs among themselves as if we were crazy. Mrs Monica deliberately bumps into the chair of my fellow travellers as they walk past and then looks belligerent instead of apologising. I have been travelling to Spain for years and I have never encountered such unfriendliness

Very Good
Stayed four nights in early September 2023 during the week of celebrations for Salamanca's Patronal Feast Day. The strengths: Location, Location, Location. Just around the corner from the Plaza Mayor; a good sized room for Spain; very clean; comfortable beds; working Air Conditioner for cooling; interior room so very quiet despite late night partying outside; very good cleaning each day; twenty-four hour front desk so building felt secure; affordable price. Could Have Been Better: Bathoom was maybe the smallest we have seen in Spain; no space for anything; high walled bathtub required caution entering and exiting, no light switch in the bathroom; even with lower temperature water, bathroom steamed up extremely quickly. Breakfast; Hotel offers a desayuno buffet for six euro eighty but it lacked anything fresh (i.e. no fresh fruit, eggs etc.) coffee was awful, of the burned tires variety; frustrating because we could see the potential, the dining space was cheerful and clean and there could have been a good deal more with a bit of imagination. Tip: If you stay here, remember you are in Salamanca, in our opinion one of the Culinary Capitals of Spain. Give the hotel breakfast a go so you can see if they improved it since our experience, but don't keep eating there if they haven't. Just a few hundred meters away is Caledonia Coffee, where you can get an outstanding breakfast for admittedly more than six euros eights, but with such well prepared fare and delivered with such friendly service that you will start your whole day off on a better foot.
