Very good, but choose a high floor if possible

Advantages: The geographical location is excellent, close to the Art Center and the Cultural Center. If you have a flight in the afternoon, it is good to leave one morning to visit these two places. Personally, I think living on the south bank of the river in the city center, a bridge away, is quieter than living on the north bank (the north bank is full of shopping malls and Chinatown). If there are children at home, free extra beds are provided. Disadvantages: The sound insulation is not very good. Charging is extremely slow. Breakfast is very simple western food, not good.

The river view room costs an extra $65 but it’s worth it. The moisturizer is very good. My girlfriend likes it very much. It’s from the Appelles brand. I wanted to buy it later and found out that a bottle costs $55.

The hotel is conveniently located for going to the city center and museums. The room is large enough and has an all-in-one washer and dryer, making it suitable for a family to live in.

The location of the hotel is good, the view of the river view room is first-class, the hotel has some history, but it is clean and hygienic, the breakfast is relatively simple, the service staff is professional, the room size is large, the hotel is cost-effective, suitable for families.

Do not hesitate to book here. The staff were wonderful with special mention to Malcom and James. Efficient, knowledgeable, and helpful were these two. Bravo! Excellent location for walking to the Australian Open. Right on the Southbank with oodles of dining and shopping options at your doorstep.

Very classy property in close proximity to Melbourne's sporting precinct, Southbank and also just across the river to the CBD. Lots of options for eating and sight seeing

Great apartment in a great location. A wonderful 5 days in Melbourne we had.

Room and breakfast was good but the spa/pool was not available. I booked the hotel because I like the pool /spa area. What a shame. Quite disappointed. Window is a bit dangerous.
