First time in Tunisia exactly in this hotel Jaz tour khalef . This is a wonderful place to make a holiday with your family and your friends..the animation very good and different every night ..many different activities and face paint with lolly in the kids club For the adults,activities in the day (darts )with Mimi we enjoyed so much Food very delicious

The hotel is close to the train station and the old town, with convenient transportation. Staff service is good. The room is spacious, but the facilities are average, which is significantly different from the five-star standard. The room facilities are four-star at most. The water is not smooth, the towels are old, and the sound insulation is not very good. But the price is cheap.

As a five-star hotel, this price is really beautiful. The dissatisfaction is that the two single-bed rooms are not big beds but two small beds. This is suitable for families and for one person. It is not right, asking for a big bed to be pushed off, the pool gym service is not good, no need for bath towels, the room is generally good, compare the price of the surrounding five-star hotel is the best

This hotel exceeded our expectations, considering we travelled out of season. We did a room upgrade and was worth every penny for the fantastic views. The room was clean and tidy and had all the facilities needed for a week away. The hotel it’s self was clean and tidy and the cleaners working in the hotel clearly worked hard and always said hello with a smile. The grounds are maintained well with a lovely pool. The food was brilliant with something a little different every day and the pasta and pizza station every day always stocked and fresh. The snack bar near the pool made for a nice change if you didn’t fancy walking to restaurant. My hats have to go off to the bar staff who always had a smile on their face and always making sure people had drinks while keeping the area tidy. They were always up for a laugh and made sure the customers were looked after. My number one highlight has to go to the entertainment crew. They went above and beyond everyday and were simply absolutely fantastic. They made everyone feel included and had so much enthusiasm. They would be my main reason for returning. They were so friendly, polite and helpful. I don’t think there is anyone in the hotel they didn’t make smile and laugh at one point or another. They deserve a lot of credit and truely made the holiday.

I stayed here as a female sole traveller for 2 weeks in July. After reaaing some of the bad reviews I was a bit unsure. Yes its daed as are most apartments in Tunisia but its spotlessly clean, Bedding and towels were changed daily great views scros to the besch and location straight across from the beach 10TD for parasol and sunbed for the day and all of the staff are nice and friendly. There is a cafe directly below for anything you need and the apartments are very spacious. Yes its loud at night as its on a main road with a lot of bars and night club. I used ear plugs and had no problems sleeping. I am a very fussy person when it comes to apartments and hotels and I would definatey recommend and stay again

Dar Antonia is located in the Sousse Medina ; a wonderful Tunisian palace, converted into a boutique hotel. It only has a few rooms, hence not a lot of staff and it may be difficult to find someone at times. The place oozes charm, but comes with some practical disadvantages : lots of stairs to get anywhere, open bathroom, open toilet, noise from other rooms, etc It has a very upmarket (= expensive) restaurant, where a sensational fresh breakfast is served. A great rooftop space with a ”pool”, but it is the size of a spa ; a superb place to have a drink, but it proved to be hard to order any, as they have to come from the restaurant, two floors down (by stairs). Overall, Dar Antonia is your best choice if you like authentic charm and are prepared to put up with the impracticalities that are inherent to an old building.
