Excellent service had been given by in taking care of customers’ needs. Mr Lee helped us to book taxi for our early morning train. The front desk receptionist was friendly and helpful when we needed local adaptor for my mobile phone charging. A Welcome ******* Tea was given to us free at the lounge. Free snack pack which included panchos was provided free for our tour at Huanglong and Jiuzhaigou. All these thoughtful things had made our stay with extra enjoyment.

The room is super super big. We booked a family suite. Each room has a bathroom. The toilet seats are smart and heated. It is very friendly to families with elderly and children. The boss and his wife are very nice. They helped to pick us up and drop us off at the cableway after one phone call. My family went there in two batches and they picked us up and dropped us off twice. Thank you very much! Breakfast includes porridge, pickled vegetables, steamed buns, pancakes and eggs. The cold shredded radish is very refreshing and is grown by the boss himself. It is enough to eat. Although it is not as rich as the breakfast of a big hotel, it is very satisfactory in this small town near the scenic spot. Friends who are afraid of cold should have no problem coming. There are electric blankets on the bed at night, and floor heating. The clothes in the boxes on the ground are all hot. Moreover, each room in this hotel has floor-to-ceiling glass windows, and outside is the green mountains and a small river. The air is also good. Overall, this store may be the best in this town. By the way, their mushroom fried meat is delicious, you can try it.
