My stay at the Yala Snow Mountain Tibetan-style family room was fantastic! The 80-square-meter space was spacious and comfortable, with a wooden ceiling and warm-toned decor creating a cozy Tibetan atmosphere. The valley view was a highlight, with stunning scenery visible through the large windows. Special praise goes to the hotel's attention to detail: the welcome fruit was incredibly fresh, and the unforgettable Tibetan butter tea was rich and flavorful, showcasing authentic hospitality. Even though we arrived late, they provided a complimentary shuttle from the high-speed rail station and a traditional Tibetan khata (ceremonial scarf). The surrounding farmland and yaks were incredibly soothing. Milk wasn't available for breakfast on the first day, but it was provided on the second. The hotel facilities were also excellent, and the bathtub in the room was perfect for relaxation. The wine cabinet in the public area was particularly impressive, with its elegant design and extensive selection of wines, reflecting the hotel's refined taste. Overall, the facilities, cleanliness, environment, and service were all satisfactory, making it a perfect stay. I highly recommend it to travelers seeking unique and high-quality accommodations! It's exactly as pictured in the promotional materials.

The room is spacious, clean and all the smart functions work, from toilet to the curtain. I like it that the floor is heated. The hotel has dine-in restaurant as well with a variety of choices, big portion, so we just ordered in since we arrived late. The boss man in the morning drove us to the huanglong scenic area and guided us all the way to free luggage storage at the entrance. Even though we don't speak Chinese, the host family welcomed us and be extremely patient with our broken Chinese and Google Translate.

Hotel has a good location, quite close to high speed train just 10 min. Driving and 30min. To Huanglong natinal park.Room is cleaned and non smocking as we requested. The reception is good,she very welcome and try to help us. In total, this hotel gives us a comfort atmosphere.

Nice design & clean hotel. Although the weather is cold, but the room is warm. It was also provide the oxygen supplier in the room. They providing the help in transport arrangements. Really appreciated.

Great stay in this family runned hotel. Everything is clean and comfortable. Restaurant at the 5th floor has good ambience and food was so delicious. The host was warm and helpful. Bedroom was cosy and toilet was clean. Free transfer to the high speed train station. Just have to inform them earlier so that they can schedule time for it. Room is floor heated which makes the place so warm and livable. Town area is just across the road. Our stay was perfect. Will definitely stay here again. Huanglong is so beautiful when it snows.

The owner of the accommodation is very attentive and provides excellent service. It feels like being at home. Breakfast is served well. The room is clean and tidy. There are complete facilities. 主人把它照顾得很好，服务也很好，感觉像在家一样。早餐很丰盛。房间干净整洁，设施齐全。

Hotel is located close to the airport, Huanglong area and Muni valley. Nice view from the window and room service.

Great place with a great owner. The hotel itself is very nice and it had everything needed, with a nice courtyard. The location is also perfect. The owner helped me plan a day trip where there were no tourists, and he also bought the bus ticket to go back to Chengdu for me, and even followed me to the bus stop. Great help.

Beautiful room, close to the train station. The only thing I did not like were the reusable towels (especially since we stayed there in winter).
