The hotel staff is very kind, the service and reception are excellent! Made our trip to Songkhla very comfortable and perfect. The room space is comfortable and the environment is well-ventilated. Breakfast was served in the rooftop restaurant, with a great view and great food, overlooking the lake. It's a pity that the bathroom space in the room is relatively small, but it doesn't hinder the overall praise!

I stayed at their most basic Standard Single and it was still a pretty nice room with a comfortable queen size bed in a nice contemporary design room. The hotel is clean and the staff is friendly although the outside of the hotel does look slightly dated. The location is good for Songkhla - probably a 5 minute drive from all the main attractions - Samila Beach, Tangkuan Hill or Old Town Songkhla. Breakfast is ok - not too many choices but does have good mix of Asian and Western Items. Food is tasty and after breakfast, the restaurant becomes an ala-carte outlet. Food is ok but slightly pricier than outside but you pay for convenience. Parking is at the back of the hotel and is secured so dont have to worry about curb side parking.

Clean rooms, reasonable prices, good location, convenient travel, close to food sources such as the night market in the Wachira area. There are complete facilities, including 7-Eleven, drug stores, etc., and not far from Samila Beach.

We stayed here for 1 night, the service staff gave good advice. There are 3 swimming pools. 1. Children's water park. Let outsiders play, buy a ticket 150 baht, do not play, pay 20 baht entrance fee 2. Pool next to the water park for outsiders to play. 3. The pool above for customers who stay at the hotel Breakfast is served as a set in the room with a menu to choose when checking in. There is a koi pond for the children to enjoy watching and tired of going down to take a walk in front of the beach.

Post pandemic shackles off, wanted to try more hidden corners of Thailand, so came to Songkhla, an hour east of Hat Yai airport, to see the old town, an area with plenty of history and charm. Over the last few years, tiny cafes, galleries, and shops have opened, but town is not yet gentrified. Boutique hotel Baan Nai Nakhon is in the middle of all of this, decorated with a mix of quirky timeworn furniture and ceramics, and handmade mosaics by the laid-back & multi-lingual owner Danny, that used to fly for Thai Air. I stayed here as I had work in the area and I thought it was a great little hotel. Perfect location for me for work being close to the docks and Harbour and also close to plenty of little restaurants and bars so you don’t have to venture to far for anything you need. It is quite a new hotel so everything is nice and new and clean, the rooms are very spacious and comfortable and the bathroom/ toilet is a nice size with the option of a rain shower or bath which is nice after a days work. You also have the added bonus of Netflix in your room as well. The staff were really friendly and helpful and always greeted you with a big smile and hello when coming or going. As I was working early I didn’t get chance to try their breakfast but they made me a take away fried rice to take to work at silly o’clock in the morning which was really good of them and very nice too. Thanks for a lovely stay and I will definitely be back.

It is a clean hotel. Close to food sources, community, not lonely. There is a coffee bar service. Fruit juice for customers to consume themselves The condition of the room is that there are three people staying. The room is big, spacious, has a balcony. I really like it. It's not crowded. There's also parking. 7-Eleven is near Fak Bua Rang, cool air conditioning.

Excellent, friendly, service-mind and flexible staff. Located on a great location. Very nice and quiet. Great distance for a morning jogging or walk to and from a mermaid. Good food with reasonable price. Clean room. Unfortunately this place need some extra ramp or some step less for a wheelchair user.
