You can swim, row and go out of the room at will, family-style, friendly, English communication is not barriers, breakfast is not rich but sufficient, three meals a day are enough, the price is very reasonable. Recommend staying here! Staff is exceptional, location is good with great view. Rooms are clean. Really enjoyed our stay! We already had some contact with the owners beforehand and they booked a tour in advance. We arrived in the middle of the night and they were really accommodating and were able to provide us with a room. Really friendly. Many thanks!

This was the highlight of my trip. I loved Moon!! (My host) & all the other beautiful ladies l, they were so welcoming & helpful! They went above & beyond in their hospitality. the town had a power outage & the staff invited me to sit with them to be included in the fanning 🪭 how sweet! Moon passed me walking & gave me a ride on her scooter. They offered me a Kayak & a shower & towel after I had checked out waiting for my bus to arrive to depart. The restaurant has amazing vegan food, & the place has great air conditioning which was great this time of year! they gave clear instructions for the hot water & booked my tours & bus’ for me, they even came on scooter to pick me up! & helped with my bags. They make you feel like home & so welcome! Thank you so much! ❤️❤️❤️

We lived in this hotel for three days. We were satisfied with absolutely everything. The location is excellent, by the river, in a quiet place, near mountains and picturesque rice fields. The tourist center and the pier for boats to the caves are nearby. The hotel owners are very friendly and caring people. They organized an inexpensive trip for us to Paradise Cave. The room is clean, the beds and bedding are excellent, the air conditioner and fan work, there are no insects, the bathroom is clean, spacious and beautifully decorated. Our room's doors open directly onto the pool. There is silence throughout the hotel. Everything is fine!

The rooms are clean and comfortable. Thank you to the young man who helped me get a cab to my next location. Very helpful and pleasant family running the hotel.

The place looks beautiful from the outside, but there are lots of little things that make it not ideal. - 4 boys playing and talking loudly outside the room the whole day - did not expect us and had to wait for 30 minutes for them to clean the room - tried to charge for the room at checkout despite pre-paying (had to show proof) - shower was cold. put the handle to one side and was ice cold, the other was ever so slightly warm like an unheated outdoor pool in the spring - rather than frosted glass, or a curtain, there were blackout blinds covering all but a 20cm gap in a plain window. although it was facing a forest, if one curious boy wanted to, they could easily view you in the shower without much effort - there is no bell for service, have to knock on their office/house door - giving 500,000 they did not have change, except in very small bills for the last 60,000 - no water bottle in room - fidge wasn't plugged in There were good things: - nice room, good a/c, basic amenities like hot water kettle, shampoo etc but the oodles of little problems outweigh the good things. would not recommend

We loved it here. Yen was very knowledgeable and accommodating. We hired a motorbike, we organised a fantastic adventure tour, we did our laundry and Yen sorted it all out for us. She also fed us and provided us with beer! She made our stay here seamless.
