3 Star Hotels in Son Bou

Just returned home . 2nd visit for me this year and the hotel very kindly upgraded me to a sea view room - which was a lovely joyful surprise. I was there for two weeks half board this time and once again no complaints regarding food - though I did notice that atmosphere in the dining room to be more manic as there are more guests. I would say dining is a functional experience with good food and choices but not a place where you can relax. A friend came out for 3 nights and we managed to hike the Cami Cavalls on both days in each direction from Son Bou - Santo Tomas and to Cala en Porter. These hikes are just a delight - stunning scenery. Bit tricky at times to traverse but well worth the effort. Although the hotel is busy , introverts who like quiet time can be comfortable there as all balconies are private and there is always space at the pool. The staff are always welcoming , friendly and polite and my room had a couple of maintenance issues which were fixed within an hour of reporting them. I cannot recommend this hotel enough if you want some solitary (or in company) chill out time with the convenience of meals just a few floors away.
