Stayed here for 1 night after arriving on ferry at Santander it’s about 20 mins drive away from Santander but worth the drive. The hotel is situated in a nice quiet area near to the sea and amenities. We had 2 dogs the hotel was very accommodating and the rooms were perfect for us spacious clean with ample toiletries. Attached to the hotel is a restaurant which is very good and reasonably priced and all the staff seemed to be very polite and hospitable. Would recommend and stay again if we where in the area again.

Clean comfortable room with small balcony. Very centrally located for the towns shops and restaurants. Dog friendly 10€ per night. Efficient reception service. Parking was available on the street directly outside. There is a restaurant/bar as well although we didn’t use it. Price per night was very reasonable.

Beautiful hotel so friendly, rooms comfortable and very clean, a bit away from santander, you can get the Ferry 20mins away €3, do not get taxi €37. Food beautiful drinks cheap, highly recommended. You can explore somo as they have beautiful restaurants and everyone is so friendly.

It’s a great hotel and the room was very clean. The bed was comfortable as well. It is very near the beach…5 minute walk. It is situated near many bars, coffee shops, restaurants, etc. I would have stayed longer, but hotel was booked.

Según llegamos los cubiertos y los vasos estaban completamente sucios llenos de dedos. A continuación nos atienden, empezamos a pedir cosas de la carta y nos dicen la mayoría que se habían agotado y eran las 14:30 de la tarde o sea que considero que era bastante pronto. Conseguimos pedir cosas de lo poco que quedaba de la carta entre ellas una hamburguesa y nos la traen con el plástico, les decimos por favor que la hamburguesa viene con plástico y nos dicen que nos ponen otra nueva. Nos traen la hamburguesa nueva y está cruda! Encima nos sitúa en la mesa sobre una alcantarilla en la cual se veía toda la suciedad de colillas, tenedores colados… de vergüenza. La calidad muy baja.

El año pasado en la primera planta bien. Este año en la planta baja bastante peor. La habitación si está reformada pero al baño le falta una limpieza o lavado de cara. La cortina de la ducha no tapaba bien y la repisa con caída hacia el baño.. las toallas de la ducha eran muy pequeñas casi como las del lavabo. El WiFi brilla por su ausencia y apenas hay cobertura en las habitaciones de abajo. Llevamos aquí 3 días y aún no lo han solucionado. El primer día pedimos en el restaurante cena para la habitación y aún pidiendo cubiertos no fue posible. Las chicas de recepción encantadoras. Eso sí. Muy amables todas. Una pena que falte atención para esos detalles tan fáciles de solucionar que nos harían la estancia más confortable. Un buen detalle ha sido tener una mininevera para poder guardar alguna cosita.

Estuve alojada en este hotel a pensión completa el fin de semana del 11/12 de Mayo dentro de un grupo grande de mujeres que celebramos un encuentro. La habitación muy confortable. El trato fue exquisito. La comida y la cena buenísimas y el desayuno variado y completísimo. Relación precio/calidad imbatible

Estuvimos un grupo de senderismo de 60 personas, y todo perfecto, las habitaciones cómodas y limpias. El trato del personal muy amables, pendientes en todo momento que no nos faltara de nada. La comida buena, y el cocido Montañés Superior.
