The hotel has a great location in the centre of the city and is great for tourism. Great food in the restaurant for breakfast and throughout the day. Staff in the restaurant and hotel were friendly and helpful. Nice stay for six nights.

Location was very good, esp close to the St Alexander Nevsky Cathedral where is the main tour operator gathering points is. The room and the breakfast buffet was great

Top hotel. In my opinion best in Sofia. Fine dining near hotel, friendly place and top concierges. A shout out to Nikolai nedyalkov who found me a barber at 7.30 pm as I was really short on time and too busy. Thanks. My fav stay at Sofia

Extremely well located hotel, which is very quiet despite its central location. Breakfast buffet is very good, reception staff is knowledgeable and helpful.

Good experience, cleaning is immaculate, staff if friendly and the property is very well kept (and renovated). The room is simple but well appointed, the breakfast is good. It would be perfect with an indoor pool.

Great hotel. Good breakfasts. The staff is very polite! Thanks guys for the welcome! The rooms are clean, the staff takes great care of this. The rooms are cozy and pleasant, it's nice to relax after a business trip. The location of the hotel is magnificent - the very heart of the capital! This is the best hotel in Sofia. If in Sofia - only here!
