Green Park Hotel Airport Minsk Reviews

For a transit foreigner in Minsk airport this hotel was a real barging. Not having any means of communication in Belarus, we asked relatives to book it from Ukraine and it was done very easy via Trip.com. A girl at the reception was very supportive and sent a yandex taxy to take us from airport for affordable price. Moreover, paying for one night we were able to check-in at 9 a.m. Another pluses were welcoming hotel's cat and nice, peaceful forest around the hotel. Of course, price of USD 70 a bit high, but it is Belarus, after all, and everything in the city was more expensive plus USD 40 - 60 for a taxy to get there.

We stayed at the hotel twice, upon arrival and before departure. Very convenient location if you need the airport. Clean rooms, good furniture, clean bathroom, hot water. There is toothpaste, shampoo, shower gel. There is also drinking water available upon check-in. From the strange: for your money there is no tea in the room) A good option if you need to relax after or before traveling

Nice, clean hotel, excellent cuisine, special thanks to the cook! The girls at the reception are also great, the cleaning is excellent! Separately, about the kitchen... nowadays people lack patience, and many people think that in 10 minutes they will fry a fresh steak or cook beef medallions...

Only few minutes from the airport, they organise the transfer for a fee, which I recommend. Staff is kind and speaks English, visa card is accepted and wifi is good. Room is comfortable and very quiet, the curtains could be thicker for the morning light. Breakfast is not bad.

Отвратительный сервис: неубранный после предыдущих жильцов номер, холод в номерах, грубиянка по имени Виктория на ресепшене, в ресторане бесконечно ждёшь еду (в итоге закуски могут принести после десерта), и ОТСУТСТВИЕ ГОРЯЧЕЙ ВОДЫ в номерах выше 2 этажа. Зимой! Кошмарный отель.

The hotel is very clean and quiet, breakfast is good and not overpriced. It's close to the airport. If you need to have a rest before a long trip, Green park hotel is the best choice.

Friendly service at the hotel front desk

Заявлено, что это гостиничный комплекс "4 звезды". Там им неоткуда браться. Встречает тебя надпись, с погасшими буквами. Территория не убрана, и как я понял, не убирается, все заметено. Встречает совсем молоденькая девочка, которая и двух слов связать не может. Общение типа "Что вам надо, чего приехал?". Отдать должное, хоть номера на 3 звезды точно тянут. В номерах холодно, отопление чуть греет. В ресторане совсем холодно. Но к счастью владельцев, цены там совсем горячие, хотя тебя кормят как в забегаловке. Покупные пельмени и с слегка "воняющим" салатом обошелся чуть меньше 20 долларов. Вообще не понимаю, как может быть такого уровня ближайшая гостиница к главному аэропорту страны с 10 млн населением. Рекомендую их, если снизят цену в 2 раза и приблизиться к ценам их уровня.

Заселились вечером на одну ночь,номер старый, давно требующий ремонт и не было горячей воды!!Задали вопрос на рецепции, нам ответили ,что в каких то номерах есть, а в каких то нет.Но деньги с нас взяли как за номер с горячей водой!!!Ресторан при этом отеле,наверное самый плохой из тех что я посещал( включая придорожные кафе).Еду ждали полтора часа, через час ожидания нам сообщили, что половины заказа просто нет,оказывается сьели раньше.Из второй половины заказа,принесли не то что было в меню и нашем заказе,на наш вопрос ответили ,что есть только это,остальное оказывается сьели раньше.То что осталось ,было совсем невкусно, ну совсем.Вечером заказали такси до аэропорта, по расценкам в городе Минске,стомость поездки 17 белорусских рублей, с нас взяли предоплату 50 рублей, когда в 6 утра вышли для поездки в аэропорт,у входа стоял грязный и старый маленький автубус в котором ,кроме нас было еще 4 человека,всего 6 человек ехало и все заплатили по 50 рублей,это я бы сказал ,цырковой фокус даже какой то получился.Вообщем по всем пунктам дешево обманули

Гостиница прекрасно расположена недалеко от аэропорта. Замечательная территория. Гостиница dog friendly. Поэтому проблем погулять с питомцем не возникает. Номера большие, светлые. Достаточно комфортные. За исключением одеял: очень тяжелые и спать под ними сложно. Если территория отеля на "5", номера на твердую "4", то ресторан и вообще организация питания в гостинице на "2" Персонал нетороплив, не обучен. Меню несут минут 20-25. Потом про вас просто забывают. Приходится официантов " отлавливать" и напоминать им о том, что люди, сидящие за столами, пришли в ресторан не просто посидеть, а поесть. Меню скудное, несбалансированное. Меню не идет ни в какое сравнение с кухней гостиниц, где мы раньше останавливались: Беларусь, Минск, Аква Минск Кроме драников в меню нет ни одного блюда богатой белорусской кухни. Да и то, что приносят, не готовится перед подачей, а разогревается в микроволновке. Поэтому часть блюда горячая, а часть едва прогретая. Иногда в тарелке, которую вам принесли, можно найти и посторонние предметы( в малосольной семге- куски пластмассы от упаковки). При большом наплыве клиентов в субботу( хотя и не все столы были заняты) не хватало даже посуды- вино принесли в бокале для пива. А самого " Свежего Крафтового пива прямо из танка" разрекламированного на сайте, и в помине не было! Да и вообще пива в ресторане не оказалось( хотя в меню был достаточно широкий выбор пива, как разливного, так и в бутылках)- принесли бутылку из холодильника рядом с ресепшн. С вином была такая же ситуация- из белых вин остались только полусладкие вина, хотя накануне был достаточно широкий выбор. Наверное, система закупки и пополнения запасов должна быть улучшена. А меню и винная карта должны отражать реальное положение вещей. Завтрак очень скудный. И все холодное( омлет, яичница). Официанты безынициативные- не следят за тем, чтобы даже такой скудный ассортимент пополнялся, когда заканчивалось то или иное блюдо. Писать все это не хотелось, но связаться с Дирекцией, чтобы они смогли понять проблему и улучшить работу своего ресторана, не удалось. А жаль! У комплекса есть огромный потенциал. Надо только отладить работу ресторана!

But the service is a complete disaster: they didn’t tell us about the spa in the evening upon arrival (although the spa is included in the price), on the morning of November 6, the girl at the reception didn’t even greet us, when we approached the counter, she didn’t even raise her head, they asked how to get to the spa - she waved her hand to the side)) She didn’t offer robes and towels, and didn’t explain where to get them. We went there and found cold saunas and a married couple with a baby desperately trying to get into the icy pool. It turned out that you need to ask for the sauna to be lit 2 hours in advance (the spa is included from 7.00 to 10.00, it turns out that at 5 am we had to call or notify in the evening, but how if we didn’t know this?) Then it turned out that not the entire spa is included, but only an ice pool, kamon, why is it needed without a sauna? At breakfast at 9.00 there were only 4 pancakes and cold cuts, and we were a family of three and had to drive to the nearest cafe. Accommodation cost 240 Belarusian rubles or 7,000 Russian rubles. And it would be justified - the hotel itself is really not inferior to the Radisson, for example, which is in Helsinki, but the SPA and service need to be improved, it’s no good. Include a sauna in the price, put a price list for massages and procedures in the rooms, train the staff to inform guests about the services included in the price and additional services - we, for example, were ready to leave another 7,000 for massages and SPA. But we were so disappointed that we didn’t even want to walk around the territory, and besides, we had to go look for breakfast. In general, this is not 4*, not 4.

The place is cool, but if you go in the summer, keep in mind that the air conditioning does not work and there is no mesh on the windows.

The room is nice, the price is beautiful, and the environment is elegant. However, transportation is inconvenient. You can only take a taxi when going out. It is very close to the airport but far from the city.

I stayed at the beginning of June 2023, the pool was not working due to cold water, the brewery too, they said it would open in July, the hotel is very clean, comfortable mattresses, excellent linen, friendly staff, beautiful, large area for walking, comfortable, large rooms. In the restaurant, when choosing dishes and drinks, apologies were made more than once that this wine was not available and this one was also not available..., this dish cannot be ordered today or something has run out, this spoils the impression a little, but in general - a very convenient location and comfortable rooms if you need to stay near the airport.
