Great little find this place! In an ideal spot, easy to find. Surrounded by loads of local shops plus the usual Aldi,Poundland,B&M Iceland’s etc. the hotel itself was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was spot on! A selection of cereal toast and fruit with all the condiments followed by a full English which was lovely! The host was very friendly and very helpful. Also free parking. We go on holiday twice yearly and if flying from Heathrow will definitely look this place up first

Stayed at the hotel and had dinner in the restaurant, the meal i had was amazing and the best meal i've ever had in a premier inn. Dawid the chef made the best steak i've ever had at all my times in a premier inn (you wouldnt have even thought it was) and Vasil the waiter was very polite and attentive. All my needs were met during my stay from the room to the meal and even the check out. Would defo be back here again

Upon arrival at 17:50pm check in. I was greeted by a female receptionist at the desk. I asked whether it was possible to have a 6pm dining. She stated as it was fully booked the next dining would be at 19:45pm which I agreed upon: At 19:45pm I was waiting at the dining area to be seated. Having waited for over 15 mins I approached the reception desk and asked the staff that I had been waiting for quite some time. He replied in a very hostile tone and manner, that I need to wait as someone was coming. At 20:03pm staff member Sohill had approached the dining area and asked whether I had made a booking. He looked in the book and asked for my room number. I stated that my room number was 143. He rudely replied that there was no room number 143 at the hotel, and if I was in room 133. I showed him the card which clearly had room 143 on there. He proceeded to tell me that I had never made a booking even though he witnessed me checking in and speaking to the female staff member about it. I explained to Sohill that this was unacceptable and why she had not put my name down as I had requested. His response was “ I don’t know”. I also explained that I was a diabetic. In front of guests he belittled me and told me that if I was diabetic to go out on the street and get food. By this time 2 guests at the table intervened and came to my defence: Another table kindly offered their dining of 20:00pm and were happy to accept the 20:30pm dining in order to accommodate me. I thanked them and was seated by Sohill. As I was waiting for a member of staff to take my order I noticed her taking the order of the table who had already offered me their dining time. I waited over 20 mins until I realised that no one was serving me Just before I got up to go to reception desk. 2 parties sitting on different tables told me that both Sohill and the female member of staff(who did not put down my dining time) were talking about me behind my back, and were refusing to serve me. Both parties at the table were privy to every word of what they were saying. When I approached Sohill at reception to find out why I was still waiting to be served. He raised his voice and rudely stated that I was to eat dinner somewhere else and not at the hotel. 2 people from the other table had to then come to my defence again, and told him that he was rude and that he was to give me their dining table as they would eat else where. He told them it had nothing to do with them: I started to feel faint and the staff had not one ounce of compassion, were by far the rudest people I have ever come into contact with, and were very unhelpful/unprofessional. I have already made a complaint to Guest relation, as no one should ever be treated the way that I was that evening. Would not recommend this place. Staff have no clue on customer service skills, and how to talk to people.

There is plenty of space in the living room and rooms. The whole environment is very clean. The bathtub is very big and my daughter loves it very much. Will definitely come back in the future.

We had excellent service from Supriya and the other staff who were so friendly and helpful. Supriya even put an extra bed into the room as we had a last minute child to accommodate so that was really kind of her. I would just say that the pillows were incredibly hard so it would be good to have some softer ones please! And it was a very noisy location with air conditioning units next door going all night. But Supriya and your lovely staff made up for that - they were sooooo lovely.
